This company is very unprofessional, the staff, the driver and management. I have to set my appointments at least 1/2 hour early in order to arrive on time and when I changed my pick up times and complained to management, she lied and made things worse for me. She order new service without notification, the driver shows up to pick me up 2hrs earlier than my scheduled pick up so the company cancels your ride altogether. I go to the same place 3x a week, the company might get me there 2x. There's all kinda excuses. You call myfor my pick up all of a sudden you call

My daughter broke her arm and had to see an orthopedic specialist and given that it happened over Christmas break, we already had to wait a week and a half to be seen. Unfortunately my car was broke down so thinking that using my medical insurance for transportation would be an ideal and reliable source to get my daughter to this important appointment, i called and they set me up with Big Star Transit. I was told they would call me to give me a time they would be at my home. I never received any call. When calling them, I was told they would have the driver call me back. Again, nothing. At this
