Booked a load with Mike Ramirez, the driver arrived , checked in , in 10 minutes was informed by the shipper the load got cancelled . We called the broker , informed , the driver meantime was there at the shipper waiting for the broker updates, but Transportation One just ignored and did not answer the phone, a few days after multiple calls and emails they answered that this one was not qualified for TONU !!!!
but after talking to the manager the issue had beed resolved and TONU sent .

I've been doing business with T1 for about 3 years now. In that time I've primarily worked with Ryan Willoughby as my main contact. Nothing but the best!! Communication on point, especially when there's a problem. He actually helps out unlike other brokers I worked with that ignore the issue and don't answer. Exceptional service!

Good day! I am giving five (5) stars to this company because I have been moving multiple loads from them lately. I don't see any problems or issues at all. The broker named Logan Somora is kind and accommodating. He is also very responsive when I have inquiries about their loads. He is giving me quality service, and flexibility especially when the driver will be a bit late. In return, I am giving him excellent dispatch as well. Cheers to more business with you Logan!

I never heard of them until Thursday, 06-17-21 I saw a load on the DAT board, I called spoke with John, he told me the rate, I negotiated for a little more, he agreed. He sent over the carrier packet; i filled it out, he sent over the Rate con, and said I would get paid the same I delivered it. Picked the load on Friday am, sent an email i was… loaded and headed to shipper. Got to shipper 3 hours early, emailed my arrival and departure time. 90 minutes i had a comcheck number. I will pull more loads with this company!!
