Terrible comms. No schedule del time. Called all numbers and emails available got one guy then he lied about del time called him out with security guard. Came back again got Superviser # to schedule del time they still couldn’t get it it done had to do it myself come back on 3rd day to get delivered.

Where should i start at the fact they gave me the wrong appointment time and bugged me about it if was gonna be on time to not only get checked in at Walmart at the time given to find out i was lied too was supposed to check in a 2 hours earlier word of advice verify your appointment times with Walmart before you give the information on the rate con and driver this was dec 23rd and currently jan 2nd and still stuck on load after sending back to the shipper to find they out for holidays But its ok my company will have the last laugh

HORRIBLE logistics provider. Save yourself the headache. They lack professionalism, integrity and equality. The service Derek Johnson provided was disgusting, and to think this guy is a lead broker agent. Know wonder why everyone under his lead has the same behavior. I will continue to share my experience with all carriers and shippers within my network.

I’ve been booking loads with OTR for more than 3 years already and it has been great! I’ve never had any problems with any loads or payments, and the relationship I have with their brokers has been amazing, especially with Derek Johnson. He answers all my emails on time, answers my calls 24/7, he is very responsible, extremely friendly and a very nice person!! which is a plus!!

Got setup with them this year. Recently booked 2 loads from different destinations. Both with issues. The answer for all of the questions is the same: “ We will email our customer “ Then you wait hours for someone to reply.
Guys, your emails are not efficient. You have to come up with a better way of communication. Communication has to be done with people in charge but not with clerks.
Try to educate your customers/shippers/receivers. The only way to do so is a charge. The higher detention/layover charge the faster they will move.
Pros:
-Good line haul rate +⭐️
Cons:
-Low detention
