I was a little skeptical to see 4.8/5 rating with only 80 reviews when I researched where to bring my car to repair. But they did amazing work, great service (even when busy) and had the car done in the time frame they gave me. This is amazing especially with the shops in the area being very busy and parts severely delayed (some shops said will take several weeks to start working on it). Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to family/friends!

I took my car in to fix some paint scuffs on my front bumper and back quarter panel. Work was fast (next day) and price was very fair. Felt like these guys take pride in their work - professional and trustworthy.
Car looked like new and was washed & cleaned before pickup.

These guys are awesome scrapped my car two days before my family was going to come visit from out of town. They were able to fix the paint perfectly and before my family flew in at a reasonable price while also honoring their coupon on the website. I highly recommend these guys they did a great job fast I plan on bringing my car there anytime I have a problem or issue.

Highly recommend this place. They charged me $500 for some deep scratches on the back of my Acura, compared to this other place I got an estimate for almost $1000. The other place I previously went to said that it would take them a week to get my car back to me as well. I think the guy who helped me out at Bratch's was name Survinder, but he said that I could bring my car that Wednesday morning and it would be done by 5pm and he did. Less time, less money. I'm all for it.

I had my car there for 3-4 months with literally nothing at all done to my car. These people take advantage of you. I'm a 23 year old single female who knows little about vehicles and what repairs cost. I brought in my (front end damaged) Honda and was quoted $2600 for a job that my brother later told me was only a $1500 dollar fix. I ended up here by accident. I literally rolled into their shop scraping the ground under me as I drove! Turns out my suspension was completely busted on one side. I showed up at 2:30 on a Monday and I had my car back by 5pm on Tuesday! I was quoted 550 and then on the phone 630. When I went to pay he only charged me 555. Great price and great turn around time. They never made me feel pressured to fix more than my budget allowed which is common for women in car situations. Thanks again Bratch and I'll be back!

I had my front bumper re sprayed here to remove rock chips and to fill front bumper license plate holes. They also installed a splitter and carbon fiber lip. The passenger side splitter wasn't fully flush, I came back and brought my car because I am very OCD and want everything to be perfect.
They took care of me and fixed my issue. These guys are great, its unfortunate they are forced to leave the Seattle area and move to Kent.

I wish i can give 6 stars for a review. By far, this has been THE best body shop I've been to my entire life. Don't let the outside appearance fool you, the staff is very friendly, and I had great conversations with the owner. He has owned this place for 17 years and business is good!

They had the best price, were able to get me in in couple days instead of couple of weeks, and the level of cars they had in their garage assured me they knew what they were doing.
I had my bumper repainted due to rock chips and filled-in license plate holes. Dropped off the car Monday and picked up on Wednesday.
Results: The paint in the sunlight is a 95% match; I don't think it's ever possible to be 100% due to how the factory paint and
