I tried this business because of their high star rating, so I was super disappointed to have the opposite experience. I called and talked to an employee two times before bringing a company van in to drop off for repairs. I told them what kind of vehicle it was, what was wrong with it, and specifically asked if I could bring it in this morning, was told it's not a problem. We spent a half hour to drive our vehicle here, just for them to lie and say we hadn't called, and that they suddenly didn't have availability until the end of the month. Their unreliable desk service caused us to waste time and

This is probably the first mechanic I’ve met that I can fully trust. My car was in a pretty bad wreck and in the end, I paid significantly less for the work done than originally quoted for. It’s safe to assume most places will try to get every dollar out of you possible but I’ve never had to end up paying less than originally thought. Alex was very professional and honest while being kind. Turn around time was quick and the paint match is very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have never been dissappointed choosing All About Auto Collision since 2010 and they are the best and have gone back 2 more times before the current need for my car body work. This is a family run workshop with Tony, Alex and their 3rd brother. My car is like brand new after I left it to do their magic on my dented car after a hit and run incident. Tony and Alex are very friendly and I find them very honest and almost like my own family members. They get you a rental car which you can drop off at their workshop after the car is ready for pickup. They make your life so much easier and convenient

They fixed my car after a commercial vehicle caused damages. My insurance worked with them directly. It was so smooth. If they needed more time working on my car, they would let my insurance know and my insurance would let my car rental know.
Never struggled, and I got lucky to have all my damages covered since I wasn't at fault.
My car was left like new. Very professional and responsive via text messages.

I got quotes from several other auto shops in the area and All About Auto Collision had the fairest price by a long shot! The owner was the one to greet me and take my car in, he was extremely friendly and accommodating. My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee needed a brake light replacement and some dent/paint repair. I was thinking that my car would never look the same, but when I got there to pick it up, I was so impressed. It looked like it never happened! The service and the people will have me going back the next time I need work done on my car. Highly recommend!

Alex, Tony, and their team do an amazing job with bodywork. They've completed multiple projects for my car in the past few months and have gone above and beyond. They have not only completed my projects, but also put an effort into a relationship and I really enjoy being able to call them up with questions and ideas. I will be going back for many more potential projects in the future and couldn't recommend them enough!

Alex was really friendly went above my expectation. He got my parts ordered on time, gave me a quote on the phone, and no final hidden fees or anything after it is done.
I told him there was an issue with the auto glass not going up and down smoothly, he fixed it at no additional cost.

All About Auto Collision did a great job repairing my brand new car after someone backed into it while it was parked on the street. Alex was extremely professional and friendly, and was able to get the work done in less than a week. I had brought them the estimate from my insurance company, and they were able to follow the order and price with no issues. My car was ready for me when I got there, and it was cleaned professionally. All work is guaranteed for life. I hope not to have to need body work again any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely return here!
