After failing to find the find someone to repair my wife's Traverse before the new year, I called National Auto collision and spoke with Steve. After explaining the situation to him he was able to get the vehicle in in two weeks. He was always polite when we spoke and kept us in the loop of the repairs being made. The vehicle was ready and clean on the date he stated to us. I would highly recommend and use his shop if ever needed, again.

Steve and crew did a quarter panel on my Land Cruiser and front end work on my Honda minivan, both with excellent results. Great friendly service, helpful and honest advice, excellent prices and beautiful work! They even offered to pick me up and drop me off when needed. I don't live too far away, but still not something most places would do, especially at such an affordable price. Highly recommended!

Steve and his team did a fantastic fixing up the trunk of my RAV4, and for a reasonable price. He charged half as much as another place I checked out. I love that he was able to get me in the very next week. My car was in the shop for just 3 days - which is just 1 day short of the promised timeline. I was super impressed when I saw my car again because it looked good as new!! I appreciated the car wash and cleaning of interiors. I would recommend this place to all my good friends!!

Been there three times now for my Acura TL. The owner is very friendly and considerate even willing to drop you off if you live close by. He has repainted the front of my bumper, hood and grill a couple times after some minor paint damages they stand behind their work and their turnaround times are pretty quick only a few days for me. Every estimate and price that I have gotten has been very competitive and they work with my insurance company. I don't like dealing with big auto body shops they usually have too many people involved and don't know what's going on. No personal attention

I had my car repaired after a collision at this place and I am very glad I did. Steve, the manager, is very hospitable and truly looked out for me. He took the time to explain to me in detail what needed to be fixed, how long it will take, and assured that I need not to worry. Steve was totally right. He repaired my car with utmost care and quality. Car drives well and looks good as what it was previously.

Best auto body shop around. They dropped by my house and gave an estimate, then even picked up and dropped off my car which was a huge convenience. Just wow... The main guy was so friendly and patient, explaining step by step how my particular insurance company did things, then went over it again days later. He tried to make it as easy for me as possible, even driving 40 minutes away to drop stuff even though he was clearly
busy.
Then the car came back in perfect condition after getting body work done, as good of not better than the crazy expensive places I used to use in Kirkland.

The gentleman was knowledgeable, explained everything and all my options but gave me pros and cons to each, and cared about my best interest. They worked quick and so far only one small noise that the car was making and we went back and it was such an easy fix. (I can't remember but something small like the windshield wiper not on all the way). They welcomed us back if any issues at all. Great business! I had a small dent on my car and they fixed it for a good price and good quality. The man who helped me was very friendly and honest. I got quotes from 4 other places and they all gave me ridiculous prices for such a small job, but thank goodness I found National Auto Collision! Would totally recommend to anyone who likes quality body shops that don't overcharge.

They ruined my car!!! Went over there and "Steve" gave me a quote to repaint the side of my E92 M3 and when I picked it up the paint job was horrible!! It has holograms when you look at it in full sunlight. They also scratched my shadow trim and bent it. On top of that "Steve" insisted that I pay cash and didn't give me a receipt because he obviously is doing this off the books!! Take your car somewhere else if you care about quality work.

My car's antenna was broken off in an automatic car wash and I came to National Auto Collision for the repair. They were super clear about what they needed to do to fix the antenna, the costs of the repair, and how long it would take them to fix it.
When the repair took longer than expected due to a delay in transit of a new part, they still rushed to get it done before they closed for the weekend AND gave me an extra discount because of the delay. They even detailed my car before I picked it up!

I was highly referred by a neighbor on NextDoor to Seung Lee at National Auto Collision. He is the owner, and gracious person to say the least. As soon as I heard back from him on email (I submitted an online request with photo), the in-between the lines feeling was that of trust. He's very responsive by email as well. Seung Lee not only provided a fair quote but when they realized the damage was a little more than the picture showed, he still honored a fair rate. I had some damage to my vehicle and was debating whether or not it was worth it to get the damage fixed. Steve, the Manager, was super generous with his time and took about 30 min looking over the car and explaining what needed to be done (and why). I recently had my front bumper replaced & my rear bumper repainted on my 2013 BMW 550i. The finished product was even better than expected at an excellent price. My car looks brand new! Seung, the owner was very courteous & knowledgeable & explained the whole process, including the price. He even dropped me off to get my rental! Now I know why they gets so many 5 star reviews. According to the other reviews this place is probably good & honest with you if you aren't a women. I came in for a quote on my trunk and bumper and they gave me a crazy high quote & told me I needed additional parts "just in case". It gets sketchier.... the guy doing my quote told me "this is the price but if you find somewhere cheaper we'll match that price". Ummm what?! I went to several other shops and the quote was almost half of what this place gave me. INSANE. I ended up going with All About Auto Collision in Renton, the owner Alex is great and honest

Got my carbon fiber hood painted here. I see why this place has 5 star reviews. They have a great team! Very knowledgeable and skilled. Worked directly with the owner Seung and it was a pleasure. Their team has great attention to detail.
The quality of the hood I brought in wasn't the best but their team made it work! Paint match is perfect! At the end of the job, the hood quality is way better than when I brought it there. Turnaround time was very fast too. Ended up picking my car days ahead of the estimate.
