Dr. Moore and Dr. Simon are the doctors I normally see. They are great and so are all the nurses. However, the front desk is what drops the rating from a 5 to a 2 star. They are very rude all of the time, on the phone and in person. I was just there and stood at the desk wanting to ask a question. I was ignored for a few minutes and eventually got a finger to hold on. No words. And when she then called back to the doctor, she failed to pass on half of the information that was critical for them to understand the question. In recent years, they have had a lot of turnover at that desk and each time

These people here are absolutely the sweetest people ever. I was so grateful I got to go her to get my blood drawn. It was my first time and for a scary reason. They calmed me down, held my hand and gave me a good hug afterwards... mind you I’m almost 20. It is such genuine care. I am in awe over how great these people are.

The best part about this dr office is you feel like family. All of the nurses and front office are kind and caring. The office manager makes my family feel at home too. Now my Dr. He is amazing. He listens and talks with me. We find the best solutions for my family's health needs together. It never feels like he just makes a decision for us.
