Extremely rushed haircut, barely cut the top of my hair/bangs. Seemed like he just wanted to get my hair done as soon as possible and didn't even take time to ask me if I wanted any adjustments until he was done drying my hair and all he said was "run your fingers through it and tell me if it's okay". Bad experience 100% will not be back

I had an awful experience back in May as my first haircut after 1+ year into COVID. I had a bad feeling going into the salon, which I should have acknowledged and gone elsewhere. I had no idea that this salon was rent by space as non of it the marketing I came across indicated. Given I have seldom time to myself, I went in w/ false hope. My haircut was awful, I asked the hairdresser if she knew was doing what I asked, she became defensive...and very unprofessional. I am loving my new low lights from being very blonde for many years Irina has really done a great job with my hair and color. I can't say enough about how nice this salon is how friendly everybody is and how amazing I look and feel when I leave because Irina does such a fantastic job.

I got a much needed haircut from Rosemary! During COVID, I pretty much butchered my hair trying to do it at home. Thank goodness to the rescue of Rosemary. She also trimmed my daughter's hair very carefully. FYI, my daughter is super picky and hates Supercuts who just randomly chop off hair.

They have a private space outdoors in the back parking lot set up during COVID so you don't need feel embarrassed getting seen on the streets while you are getting treatments.

I love the low-keyed vibe of this salon, its wide-open layout, and the easy parking. But my favorite part of it is Irina. While I always insist on a shoulder-length bob, she's managed to layer it so it never looks like a mom 'do. She also keeps my bangs just long enough, and forces me to never, ever trim them myself. The highlights she gives me are subtle, but they brighten me up. Roots grow in naturally, not shockingly. Last, her pricing is much better than I got in my last two salons. Bonus: Girl's got a great personality and a wicked sense of humor. Zero attitude.

I have to share my experience with Rosmary. Since starting Settle in Place. I wondered how I was going to get my hair colored since, not that it was a necessity, it really helps with the feeling good. Rosmary went out of her way to deliver my color mix and supplies so that I can do it at home. I love going to the salon. But where we are now I'll take it!

This review is for John Chappuis who is their licensed esthetician. I stopped in today to get a brow and lip wax. John came out and explained he doesn't start until 8/1/19 at this salon. He saw my broken arm and understood my predicament. He then drove me to his old salon performed the services required expertly and drove me to my next stop in San Carlos!!! He has made a customer for life! My brows look amazing and I no longer have a caterpillar lip!! Was asked if i wanted the front of my hair shorter, i did, just not TWO inches shorter than the back without any layering. almost looks as staggered as a stair case

Irina is the best!!!! She is kind and easy to talk to. Gives honest advice and really listens to her clients. Her work is always amazing and she never disappoints. Also, she is very flexible and really tries to accommodate her client's schedule.

Sue is awesome. She listens, gives good advice, will fix anything that you are not happy with. She is fun to talk to.

I got a hair cut in Dallas just before taking a flight and it turned out to be bad. So I went to Headlines when I landed in SFO. They were ablut to close. But Rosemary was great to deal with and she fixed the problem quickly. She didn't charge me saying it was such a minor thing to fix. Appreciate the friendly attitude and great customer service from her.

I'm terribly upset about my hair after Irina's job and I was crying about the condition of my hair afterwards
My hair broke off, the bleach was overexposed, (especially my end) I had been previously with 2 other stylists, so I have something to compare with (the technique and etc)
After the previous coloring, hair was breaking only a month after bleaching, after this time - the same day! Now my hair is in such a bad condition after her job!
My hair is burned now! very dry!!! super thin and in very bad condition!!!!

Emily Wyant is hands down - amazing. I am a very new working Mom and somehow had hit a "frumpy bun" look 24/7. It was time for a change, pronto. I found Emily (@ Headlines) thru Yelp and am not looking back. I am now sitting in the chair at my second appointment realizing I really should have written this review 8 weeks ago.

I am still a new Mom but now stylish and feeling pretty! My new do is low maintenance, frames my face and somehow looks like I try a lot harder than I have time to do. I so appreciate her advice for what to do when I had no clue what I wanted when I walked

I've been seeing her for about 10 months. I came in with fried platinum blond hair and major loss of length due to damage. She repaired a good deal of the damage, fixed the color and later installed tape extensions for me. I don't recommend tape at this point due

Got a great haircut here and talked to the owner for a bit. Great place, would recommend for a men's haircut.

My friend went to color up her hair and do some cuts the cuts was good but the color was horrible she asked for a color and the Lady just did it all black the Lady charge her 150 just for that and she said have about 30 years of experience my friend and I we're really disapoint of this place!! Don't go there!!
