A++ fantastic work!. I've used Justin two times now for body repairs and both times his work has been perfect. The owner knows bodyshop work and so do his employees. Don't let the condition of this building fool you. They keep their costs down (on their building) to keep their prices fair. I felt I got a square deal both time which was important to me because I was not using my insurance for these fixes. You can go through your insurance if you want to. I just didn't want to make claims for these repairs.

BEST in town. They're always looking out for the customer and put you first. Work done right the first time and ready when they say it will be. I needed my whole truck painted. Justin was friendly, very professional, took the time to go over all the details needed for a quality job, and then Justin and his team did an awesome job taking care of every feature to complete a great paint job. Great service and prices. My Wife pulled out of the driveway and dinged my Cadillac while she was checking her phone. Was planning on fixing some sunspots I had before this incident. The quote I got for a dented driver's side door and fixing sun damage was almost the same as I was quoted for fixing sun damage. Highly recommend place. In and out in 3 days. And my Cadillac looks brand new. Thanks! Haven't taken her Mercedes there yet. I'll give it a month or two as a reminder not to use a phone while driving! Thank god it was my car and not a child.

I spent a few years getting estimates and talking with paint shops about repainting my two older cars, ( 1991 Miata, and 1993 Civic Del Sol ). It wasn't a matter of price, but more of quality of workmanship. I had pretty much given up on finding anyone that I felt would do these cars justice. Then I met Justin Torres, it took about 10 minutes of talking with Justin to convince me he was the person I wanted to paint my cars. I had planned on getting one done and see how it turned out, but decided on the spot to give Justin both cars.

I caused a significant amount of damage to the passenger side of the front bumper on my Honda Civic while trying to squeeze into a tight parking spot. Justin, one of the owners of Wrecktified, was confident that the bumper could be repaired without replacing it, which would have saved me a good amount of money. I appreciated the honesty and willingness of him to offer the most cost effective solution up front. I preferred, however, to simply replace the whole bumper. I am beyond impressed with what Justin did. His original time frame was 3 days to repair. He literally did it a day earlier which made me very happy because it even saved me a day worth of car rental. I got 10 different estimates from other body shops and he was neither too cheap
nor too expensive and his prices were somewhere in the middle which met my expectations and it was super thoroughly done with the exact paint matching of my car. Definitely grading him as 5/5 and probably higher but unfortunately that is the highest grading score the google reviews has set up. Will definitely use him

Had car painted in june 2018. Paint is faded and peeling. Thought I have a 5 year warranty. Go in today and guy said oh no, we dont honor the warranty because we are new owners and we might change the name and use differant tools and stuff? Said I will have to charge you more now with the warranty then you would without it. Nezt step BBB I guess.

I’m honestly impressed with how quick they were able to fix the sun damage on my Nissan Rogue. It wasn’t too much damage but they were able to squeeze me in & out on the same day. The work that was done was great also & I was nervous cause my paint color isn’t very common but everything matched really well & was done at a great price & didn’t take long either. I got multiple quotes for my car & they were the best price & they made it to where I didn’t have to go without my car for 3-5 days like some places said might happen for my light repair work. Took 6 weeks to repair vehicle with severe front end damage. Seems as though greed won over integrity. They did what they could to repair the vehicle rather than get it totaled out.
Maybe that's how long it needed to take but get a load of this:
They never once reached out to communicate information or give updates on status. Continuously told us they were waiting on parts, paint, and authorizations.
Tried to give us the vehicle with misaligned fender, fog light out, and a broken windshield. The windshield was not reported by the adjuster. Skip denied any knowledge or responsibility.

My car was returned with used parts. The estimate showed all new parts but a lot of old parts were straightened out and reused. Parts we're glued back together with plastic bond. Front emblem was broken off grill and glued on new grill. This place charged my insurance company a lot, what I received was a botched repair. Do not go here.The headlight I needed was replaced with a used one. I noticed these repairs after my car was sent to dealership for a recall.

I had a scuff/scratch alll round the right side of my bumper on my brand new car and was freaking out . I came here on my lunch break and they buffed it out ! My car was as good as new in and out in no time . I am ashamed to say I know 0 about cars and the processes of these things but the guys here could have been nicer and talked me through everything. Honest shop run by good people . If anything happens again this will for sure be my go to .
