Drop Off: Drop off your vehicle here or at any of our 14 Crown Dealership Service Departments and we will be happy to pick it up. Towing service: call and we'll arrange for towing right to our repair facility; you may qualify for free towing. Free estimates: Computerized estimating system for detailed, courteous and prompt computerized estimate of repairs.
If requested, you may supply one estimate from the shop where you intend to have the repair work done. If you are the claimant, (you were not at fault), you are entitled to a rental car during the time your car is being repaired for up to 30 days. Insured's see your policy coverage or ask your agent.
Our estimator will inspect your vehicle and begin to document the damage caused by the collision in the form of an estimate. In some cases, you may already have a preliminary estimate of this damage prepared by your insurance company. In any event, this step must be accomplished prior to beginning the repair process.

I highly recommend crown collision AND Christina Perez! The first time I went I was in an accident and new to Florida . Christina assisted me with the the process and it was seamless! The second time around (unfortunately) I reached out to Christina via email. She responded almost immediately. Because of the great experience with her the previous time I asked to work with her again even though she typically doesn’t work State Farm claims.

Want to give a huge compliment toTatijana A. In Crown Hyundais Collisons center. Went o her after I got rear ended. She worked her magic, rubbed off some scratches,, got the bumper lifted the bumper back into place, without charging me. Essilally saving close to $500. Working with Tatijana was a pleasure. I found everyone at the collision center friendly and helpful from Dakota, Christina, who helped when Tatiana wasn’t there, and finally Tony who delivered my repaired car to me. It was nice to see that they were open on a Saturday. I called first thing in the morning to see about bringing in my car to have an estimate done. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and advised that I could come in at any time. I arrived a short while later on that Saturday morning where I filled out some paperwork and I was greeted by Christina who proceeded to check out the damage on my car and write up a preliminary estimate. Any car accident isn't good, but after a fender bender, I chose to go to Crown Collision Center to ensure I'd get proper replacement of all parts and hardware. Crown Collision is about as good as it gets for a place to have body work done on your vehicle. Very thorough, very professional, but most importantly they turned my twisted mess of metal rear quarter panel perfectly back into exactly how it looked as new. After my 2018 Jaguar incurred some damaged, I didn't think twice about taking my car to Crown Collision to get fixed. Charles Bullock was amazing over at Crown Collision. He helped make sure the entire process went smooth from start to finish, and followed up with me continuously to inform me of any important information. Twice my car had to be returned to this shop so repairs could be finished. Apparently they have a nasty habit of delivering unfinished service. Safety precautions on the part of this shop were never taken into consideration for the client. After the first time it was given to me the car returned because the engine cradle needed replacement. The car NEVER passed the alignment test and yet they claim it was OK TO DRIVE. Now the lower engine cover was not even installed/replaced on the second visit. It was just tossed in the trunk of the car, screws and all!!

I get my car service at Crown.Buick right next door so when I had to get my passenger rear view mirror fixed my agent said to take it there and they would have to accept what insurance paid.
I went there first to get an estimate and the receptionist Taylor Faille was kind of harsh but I said well maybe it's just end of day.. I will give her the benefit of the doubt (Of course this is her )
I came back and received my estimate and to get a date for repair.
My appointment was today 7/11/19 @4pm and I was there on time my agent Christina Perez was not available at my appointment time so

Went here to get my windows tinted on my new car. I was not prepared for the level of customer service that is routine here. Above and beyond- Phyllis greeted me when I checked in at the desk and made sure I knew where things were during the process. Its rare to have someone come out and tell you how much longer it would be before the process is complete. Its more common to have to go to the desk and ask and usually you feel like your a bother to the staff. Not here- very clean and comfortable setting ( as body shops go) . I often cringe whenI have to take my car in for body work as it's usually some greasy guy behind the body shop who can't even look you in the eye as he is smoking his cigarette. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT CROWN!
After a dissapointment no-phone call return from Lokey Collision for 2 weeks, I emailed Crown and within 24h I received a phone call from Lynne Dixon to set up my appointment.
They have A CAR RENTAL/Enterprise company on site and with one swift phone
