Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The worst place ever as far as mechanical goes. The mechanic has had me replace 3parts and the problem still not fixed. The last part I couldn’t get a refund for now I’m stuck with a $289 part that I don’t need. So I’m out of $500 dollars and the car is still not drivable! The BBB NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE! 👎🏽👎🏽

This is the worst place ever. I had an 8 am appointment to get my vehicle worked on mind u I dropped it off the night before. All day long never looked or touched my vehicle. The mechanic did not call me on the status or even to tell me he was not going to get to it today. Not professional or business like at all. If the service is anything like their professionalism I’m glad he didn’t fix it.

Roberto is simply AMAZING at what he does.
I had engine, and body work done, I am still AMAZED at the professionalism, communication that was portrayed.
I had two other estimates and was VERY disappointed at the rip off price.
A friend recommended Cruz Auto Body, spoke VERY highly of the quality work and reasonable priced especially during this pandemic.
I was very impressed with the AMAZING QUALITY work, and turn around time.
The paint job is PERFECT, I was worried about the paint matching, but VERY VERY happy and pleased at the amazing paint job, PERFECT match!!
I will never go anywhere

Soon as we got out of the car to meet with our salesman , a group of people came out telling us to not waste our time. They had just been screwed over by the dealership , after 2 days their transmission fell out and dealership did nothing to help.
We decided to check it out anyway , when we asked to speak with the salesman we had spoke to previously the guy wasn't even there and they sent a possible mechanic to help us. The car was leaking oil even though it clearly said in their ad that their was no oil leak. There was actually a quart missing. The engine was making noise , their was cardboard
