I recently refinanced my house loan with Brian Campbell and his team.
The process went smoothly, and the communication was excellent and efficient. I did not have time to talk on the phone during the day; Brian and I exchanged text messages, Which helped me stay on track of the process without spending hours talking on the phone.
At the risk of sounding cliché, the world would be a better place if they were more loan officers like Brian. Some loan officers are judgmental and can put the applicant in an uncomfortable situation. With Brian, I felt very confident to talk about my financial situation

Worst experience with a mortgage company ever! We dealt with Brian C. At first he seemed like a nice, competent guy. We were given a great refinance rate and after the first attempt to sign our contract, my husband noticed that interest rates and additional fees had been changed. They even added a 10k origination fee when there wasn't supposed to be any! When we confronted Brian on this, he said that they obviously made a mistake and the paperwork would be corrected. Came back again and numbers had been changed, but were still "mistakes". After numerous attempts to get the paperwork

Richard Lavin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He always took my calls regardless of day or time. His customer service was really appreciated as I am active duty military and he worked with my schedule. He always made good on his promises pertaining to close dates, paperwork, and interest rates. Josh Phillips was AMAZING! He worked with me to get refis done that others said couldn't be done. He was responsive and always available...always! I bought a house through Price Mortgage last year. I'm a single home owner, Doctoral student and Registered Nurse so very busy and have debated on making a complaint. However, after looking at the similar complaints online and talking to other potential buyers who have corresponded with Randy Bongard, I know I'm not the only one. His behavior was completely inappropriate, degrading and made the process much more stressful for one of the most stressful periods in a persons life.

Then 2 things happened:
1. Randy brought to the party the most incompetent mortgage lender: Sprout Mortgage.
2. Price Mortgage locked us in a rate that was higher because of our home being a "Condo" and we found out that this information
