Jake Taylor and his team at Pilot Mortgage are hands down the best! I have bought 7 houses and used big banks, and other mortgage brokers and they were ok at best. Jake helped us improve our credit rating in a very short period of time to qualify for better loan percentage rate. He reviewed all of our debt and created a plan for us to pay down certain debt in order to raise our FICO score. By just paying down a couple of debts to lower our debt ratio, our FICO score improved significantly. We are on our way to buying a new home.

I've used Jake for two different mortgage transactions. The first was a streamlined FHA program that could not of been easier. The second was when we sold that house and bought our current one. Jake has been awesome to work with and is extremely quick with responses. He's also fielded three or four different phone calls over the last couple years with me brainstorming different mortgage ideas for rental properties, refinancing, HELOC, etc. Definitely recommend!

I happened to received some mail from Jake Taylor, I usually never reach out to anyone I do not know. But thank goodness I did. Jake has been so awesome. He helped us with reducing our interest rate about a year or so ago and I have been working with him again to refinance our home! He is great to work with and I highly recommend him.
