Andrew and his team were absolutely incredible. During what I would consider to be one of my most stressful and challenging hurdles, Andrew and his team were there every step of way. Their attention to detail, prompt service, and professionalism made this very easy for me. Very poor communication throughout the process. He and his associates never directly answered the phone. Always had to leave voicemail ans wait for return call. We planned for a 30 day close right from the beginning and had a date scheduled. We had movers scheduled, time off from work scheduled, etc . Two days before closing we found out he hadn't finished or submitted the paperwork to underwriting the title company. Therefore, the entire process had to be rescheduled. Very frustrating. Poor communication on their part, ball dropped. Next time I will stick with a credit union or bank.
