What are the Hospital hours? Spaying or neutering can be done at approximately 6 months of age. Your pet is given an exam prior to surgery to help determine whether your pet is healthy enough to undergo the surgical procedure.

Thank you for your cooporation in letting us assist you. I understand, by indicating I agree and submitting this registration, that I am responsible for any charges incurred by my pet while in the care of the doctors at Blue Oak Veterinary Hospital and that charges are due and payable at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient and easy as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the requested information. The prescription refill must be approved by a doctor. We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up.
If you have an emergency outside of our regular business hours, we are available for 24/7 on-call emergency care. Please call our regular phone number at (209) 223-3131 to contact our answering service after normal business hours. After-hour emergency exam fees will apply and emphasis will be made to stabilize and ensure comfort of your beloved pet.

I couldn't ask for a better vet hospital. The entire staff is friendly, informed, attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Doctor Mary is such an awesome vet, her priority is your pets. She helps to relax, comfort, and treat my large German Shepherd. She takes the anxiety out of vet visits for me and my pets.

Reaching this BOVet and talking to someone the same day you call has become unreliable and for the most part irresponsible ☹️There are people there attending the desk, but no one answering phones or returning messages. If we’re that pathetic with customer service why not sell your practice to someone else who really knows what to do in this type of practice? For God Sake’s the dog is sick and NO ONE IS THERE!

My dog is very welcoming to people but not always to other male dogs (abused past before I got him) and the lovely ladies here were very accommodating. I was more then pleased with our experience here. We got the basic shots and exam done. Everyone was super kind and informative. My pup got there happy and left even happier from all the attention he got! He even got a cute little goodie bag. Everyone wore their masks as well, so no need for concern in that.. I'll defintely be back!

My dog needed emergency care and my regular vet wasn't open yet. I was able to take him here and had an incredible experience. The staff was very helpful and kind and called me every other day to follow up and make sure he was recovering well. It was very apparent from every person I interacted with that they care deeply for animals and it made me feel good about leaving my dog in their care.
