A crown is a permanent covering that fits over an original tooth that is either decayed, damaged or cracked.

For your convenience, our New Patient Forms are available for reviewing and filling out at your leisure, saving you valuable time at your first appointment. Simply download, print, complete the forms and bring them with you on the day of your visit.
We want the whole world to have a beautiful smile! Here at our office, we are doing our best to make dental care affordable for the whole family. That is why we designed this discount dental plan. We understand dental care can be very costly, which may lead to dental neglect. With the plan, we are able to offer family and individual savings while providing exceptional dental care.
We are happy to assist you if you have some form of dental insurance. We do request you carefully read your policy so you are aware of any limitation of your insurance. We will be delighted to advocate for you with your insurance company. We will even be willing to apply their payment to your account balance.
The State of Ohio requires all Licensed Dentist and Hygienists to acquire 24 hours of continuing education per year. Our Dental Assistant and Business Office Staff are also encouraged to take courses which interest them and pertain to their field of work. The Office of Maggie A. I love this dental office and will be going here for the foreseeable future. Appointments are easy to make, the staff is very friendly, and the hygienists are excellent. They recommend products to improve overall tooth and gum health without being pushy. Additionally, all questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

This is honestly the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. The cleanings are so thorough and they really do care and feel invested in your dental health. I’ve had dental work done by both Dr. Kleem and Dr. Beten and their work is top of the line fantastic and they are so caring, especially Dr. Kleem. She gives off a really cute mom vibe too so I feel like I HAVE TO FLOSS haha. What I appreciate the most is they are always on top of technology and advancements in the dental field. I really trust this place and feel at ease. Can’t recommend this dentist enough.

I am a first time patient at Dr. Kleem’s office. Everyone was really nice including the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and took x-rays. She was gentle, funny and efficient! This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, I have to go back next week to get a cavity filled and I’m not even dreading it one bit!

What a great appointment...who honestly says that when going to a new dentist! (Side note: been going to franchise dental practices for my whole life, not sure I am going back to *those* places again)! Honestly, I was amazed and appreciative by how friendly, professional and educational Dr. Gregory Beten and staff were during my appointment. I found my new dental home. It’s been awhile since i went here but i remember crying after because the dental assistant insisted that my cavities (which i never had before) were from eating too many carbs. they also said that my wisdom teeth would grow in fine. two years later and the cavities i left untreated don’t exist and i need my wisdom teeth removed.

The care my family has received from both Dr Kleem and Dr Beten has been second to none. They have worked with us on payments, referred when necessary, and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. My only complaint has been issues with the billing due to an in network/out of network issue, which has since been resolved. I'm so glad we don't have to go to a cookie cutter or assembly line dentist, and we have good, independent dentists close enough to home to turn to. Very pleased!

Awful experience, made an appointment as a new patient and was told they toke my insurance. When I went to the appointment the dental hygienist recommend that I have a deep cleaning. She want to the front office to check my insurance and after 20 mins an office staff member came back and said that my insurance would only pay half. I couldn’t afford the treatment so I declined and asked for the standard cleaning. At this point they left and said they would check my insurance again, after another 20 mins they came back and told me that they didn’t accept my insurance at all for deep cleaning

This is one of the best dentist I have ever been to. For one, the front staff is very patient kind and knowledgeable when it comes to specific questions. The hygienist treat you with utmost respect and are able to keep you calm when they are performing their job (if you are anxious when it comes to stuff like this such as myself). The doctors here are very personable and are very good at answering any questions you have or even concerns you may have. The teamwork between everyone here is also very amazing to see, everyone works together and does an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone!

Was very happy with the service I received HOWEVER I had been a patient at Dr.Kleem's office for over a year, I called to make a follow up appointment and I was offered an appointment with Dr. Beten whom I scheduled with (because appointment available was better for my schedule). It wasn't until after that I found out that he is out of network with my insurance. Extremely frustrated.
Baffled at the disregard to this situation the office manager Jeanette had for this situation. Beware that this office just cares about the money they bring in.

I have bounced with 3 different dentists recently and was apprehensive. Not only are they experts in their field and do a great job explaining dental processes and needs; they manage the business side of telling me the cost right away so I can make the best decision for myself. I know the dental work done will be done right, professionally with experts in their field.
