I show up at the appropriate appointment time only to learn my Dentist cancelled my appointment (New Years Eve). I needed important front tooth crown work and the front staff tells me the Dentist's schedule is out at least a month to get another appointment. Not acceptable! The dentist cancelled my appointment. Not me. They should move mountains to get me in asap. I found the Office staff setting appointments patronizing, cold, unknowledgable and basically couldn't care less about my situation. They looked right at me and told me the dentist was booked out until next month. Here's the thing though

Overall our experience has been pleasant however I wished we would have known the complications of the Orthodontics here. They aren’t in the office all that often, and twice my daughter has needed to trim the wire after she’s had them adjusted and no one can get her in. It was a week wait to have an orthodontist make time for a simple thing that should take minutes. So, my recommendation is to find another office for Ortho needs. Too many complications for schedules and availability.

This has been the best dental office so far in my life and here is why. The two times I've called in extremely high tooth pain, they book me the next day first thing in the morning. Dr. Richtsteig has been super honest and transparent in what I need and with another lady dentist he has helped with my root canals which after two years I've never felt discomfort or pain. Just went for a teeth scaling , laser treatment and fillings and again Dr. Richtsteig and the hygienist were super good and tried their best to make everything quick and easy but also well done job. The people at Skyline are very sweet and do good work. The only complaint I have is that they are not very informative. I was not give pre-op instructions for a procedure so I wasn't prepared when I got to the office. Not a terribly big deal because I had other options, but it would have been nice to have the information I needed before. Other than that, I have enjoyed my visits.

We have been very happy with our care at Skyline Dental Group. My daughter likes going for her cleaning and was very happy with her cleaning with Victoria this last visit. She also did a good job with her x-rays that my daughter says are usually painful but was painless this time around. Skyline Dental has also been able to see my oldest daughter, when her regular dentist was not available, to repair a chip in her tooth and Dr. Singh did a great job filling in the chip.
