The Purpose of the Stucco Moisture Analysis is to assess the condition of the stucco system, looking for visible installation flaws, inadequate water diversion and sealant failures and conduct random moisture readings using electronic moisture devices. Please note that the provision of a scope of work for remedial repairs is not the purpose of this inspection.
At HomeScope Property Inspections LLC, we use electronic, continuous radon monitors and provide your test results immediately upon completion of the 48-hour testing period. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas released in rock, earth and water and can build up to dangerous levels in the home.
A Home Inspection is a thorough, unbiased, in-depth visual inspection of the structure and operating components of the home, performed to provide a better understanding of the conditions of the property. It is an objective, third party review meant to identify major deficiencies, items that would be costly to repair, and items that pose safety or fire hazard.

Excellent home inspection. Even though the home was a couple years old, David found several defects that we were able to negotiate with the seller to repair. His computer report is very well presented and easy to understand. I highly recommend HomeScope if you're looking for a professional home inspection company.
