Michael did a great job on the recent inspection of a house we are going to be buying in Woodstock. For whatever reason, folks around that area are not big on hiring licensed contractors to complete work on homes and pulling corresponding permits from the Cherokee County. Michael, meticulously went through the entire house and provided a detailed report noting what he had found. We would highly recommend Michael if you are looking to purchasing an existing older home in the Woodstock area.

Every time that I have a client, myself included, I always call Michael for the home inspection during the due diligence period. I recommend him to every one of my clients. He is very thorough, detailed, and honest. He separates what are red flags and safety issues from what are his recommendations as a professional. He tells you the honest truth about the condition of the home and where shortcuts were taken, or what was merely just a lack of maintenance. If you need a good inspector who will go through everything with a fine tooth comb, Michael is the one. He is usually done within three hours
