Before choosing an inspector to go with, we did a bunch of research and decided on Jeff due to the thoroughness of his responses in the reviews. We are first-time homebuyers and have had family that have not had very good luck in this area, but luckily for us we found someone who is honest and genuinely has our best interest at heart, so as a customer I am extremely happy with his services. I know from personal experience he has gone out of his way to make sure we have purchased a home for our family that fits our needs.
