Our story begins with one homeowner, who was renting one of our vacation homes. This guest purchased his own rental home, and of course he planned to rent his new home as a vacation rental.

Property manager went above & beyond in terms of service & making sure everything was taken care of for me and my kids to move in. Including having all the small things I needed being taken care of within the first few hours of moving into the house. Cleaning service was present at move in inspection. Yard was well maintained and certain appliances upgraded.

We had Mila Realty manage our rental property while we took an extended trip in our RV for the last year and a half. The experience went beyond our expectations and left literally nothing for us to worry about. The team quickly found qualified lessors and was responsive to our tenants Any issue that came up was dealt with quickly. Maintenance issues were handled by an experienced team that used the buying power of companies size to make repairs or replace household appliances at reasonable rates and certainly less expensive that we could have done it ourselves.

Fast response time and great communication. I have two rental properties and attempted to manage them myself but I also work full time so any problem is challenging. For a small fee, I don't have to worry about coordinating repairs or attempting them myself. They keep me informed about my properties and I have the peace of mind knowing that I have someone else to answer the phone for me when another issue arises late at night.
