Contracted and payed 50% deposit for the bride and groom getaway transportation for my daughter's wedding.
The car arrived one hour late. No champagne in the car. No call to inform me or the wedding coordinator to let us know what was going on! When we were finally able to connect with a dispatch operator on the wedding night we told three times over a 40 minute period that the driver was just pulling off 400 and was 10 minutes away.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Cooper Global. We contacted Cooper Global on the recommendation of Chateau Elan, where we were staying for a wedding. From the time we set things up with Mike McNeff in late March, until we arrived in Atlanta in May, the communication, assistance and overall concern with customer service and customer satisfaction was wonderful.

Attempted to hire a bus for my upcoming wedding. Spoke with Mike on April 5th, who instructed me to email him an outline of the day. I sent him a very detailed outline on April 6th. Never heard back, so I sent a follow-up email on April 13th. Again, never heard back. I finally called Mike again on April 27th. He answered and said he was busy, but that he'd call me back. He did call me back a few hours later and told me he was super busy, but that he'd have my quote in the next couple days. I told him that would work, but that we are looking to make a decision on transportation very shortly. As

We rode one of their charter buses from Atlanta airport to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for an entire 6th grade class and parents. The air-conditioner was not working at all in the bus. The driver was rude. He pulled over on the interstate after complaints and did something in the back so that it would at least circulate air, but it did not cool at all. Don’t make the same mistake. Choose another charter bus service.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Where do I begin?!?! One of our two drivers arrived with an attitude. Not wanting to go to the places listed on the invoice. Drivers drop us off at the Braves game and it starts raining. It rained for AT LEAST an hour before we left the game. We arrive back to the buses at 8:45 pm, only to find out that NEITHER bus driver closed any of the windows. All the seats on both buses were completely soaked. On top of that there was no light on the bus to see anything on the bus. BEWARE!!! You get what you pay for.

Our company will be entertaining clients at the Master's in Augusta and I've had to contact Cooper Global several times to make changes due to client cancellations and other uncontrollable factors. I even booked one day twice. Each time I've contacted them with changes or help, they have been so patient and courteous. Allison walked me through correcting my double booking and after each call, assured me I could contact her as many times as I needed. That experience in itself, is worth a 5 Star!

One of the worst limo companies i have had to deal with. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. My boss was traveling with them and I called to find out where the driver was, their response was we can't contact our driver and we will let you know when and if he makes it on location. They had me on hold for 30 minutes and then eventually hung up on me and then stopped answering my calls. My boss was stranded at the airport. Worst customer service ever.

I have been using Cooper Global for the past few years and their service is outstanding! Their rates are a little higher but you get what you pay for. When I book my reservations the staff is always accommodating and resourceful and the drivers are always exceptionally early. Additionally, the level of professionalism from every driver I have had the pleasure of riding with always goes above and beyond my expectations. Most recently one of my drivers, Brandon really shined and I certainly recommend him and the rest of cooper global when making your transportation plans!
