Very pleased. The company communicates well; they provide excellent service; it was an excellent experience.
Quinton was our driver, and he was friendly, punctual, polite, safe, and clear. Can't beat it.
The limo was very comfortable; the amenities of the cold drinks and the cups were excellent.

It was my first time to Atlanta and my flight was late, Quinton was courteous and professional. He was easy to talk and handled the rush hour traffic with ease.
My return trip was equally pleasant with Faith, she was friendly and the consummate professional. Just a great group and a great experience!!!

I would honestly have to say they truly made my ten year old birthday amazing! Very professional and polite when speaking to Faith !!! One of the kids left their phone by accident & they immediately reached out to me and returned the phone. The driver Trevor was beyond down to earth I mean those kids were LOUD lol having a good time & he basically had the mind set of it’s your world I just live in it lol !! I’m so happy I booked with them to the point I feel so comfortable booking again & referring EVERYBODY! Hey the Hummer Limousine was a hit! I’m kinda mad I didn’t book it for the night

A formal image is an excellent limo Svc for any occasion- they drive safely, provide great amenities & the vehicles are very clean. We used the hummer for my Son’s graduation party & it was a wonderful treat for those young adults. All his friends were very happy & pleased that Faith enjoyed their singing & laughter throughout the entire ride. Could not have ask for better - they are the BEST! Try their service- you will not be disappointed.

This is an honest review based on the bad experience I had with this company. They were contracted by another Limo company to provide services for my mother's birthday. The driver was very unprofessional. Not only did he arrive 30 mins late, he did not notify me when he arrived. So another 30 mins passed until I contacted the dispatch for Formal image Limousine -- another unpleasant experience. The lady that answered the phone kept being very rude and finally hung up the phone. When I met the driver, he said that I should have came down from the 19th floor to see if had arrived.. I have no reason

We rented a Hummer for our daughter's wedding. The limo was expected at the Lowe's in Atlanta at 8:30 am. Quinton (driver) was early and ready to go. He took the bridal party to get hair and makeup done, picked them up as promised, returned to the hotel, waited for the ladies to get ready, dropped them off at the venue. Quinton returned to the hotel to pick up the groom's party, forwarded a text to the wedding planner that he was on the way with the gentlemen to make sure our future son-in-law did not see our daughter before it was scheduled. The limo returned later that evening

We rented a beautiful, elegant, white Lincoln limo with a black top to take my daughter and several friends for a Sweet Sixteen celebration to a wonderful restaurant in Atlanta.
I explained to Bill, the owner, that we had gone through a very rough patch. My brother was kind enough to pay. I wanted my daughter to feel like a Princess getting in that lovely, stretch limo because this was something I could do for her after so much sadness and tragedy. This was very, very important to my family, and I remain grateful to my kind brother.
