Burger Theory

Terrible Service. Placed an order with a young girl who was nice enough but had trouble speaking english. The order was all wrong. She was very apologetic, and said she put a credit on file and i could order another mean another night. Came back to take advantage of the credit in good faith and the manager acted as if i was making the whole thing up and claimed he couldn't just give me food. I said ok who can we talk to, what can we do, can we check the account history, etc, etc. He just kept repeating that he can't give me a meal as if i'm some bum looking for a free meal. Food

Ignored for more than 10 minutes on 5/20/2019 at with two servers behind the bar. I walked in around 6:10 pm an walked out at 6:24 pm. There was 6 people seated at the bar. Not super busy. I've been to Burger Theory probably 7 or 8 times. My daughter works out at a gym near by, so I've been in for a quick drink and have even had dinner there a few times. The food is okay, but it's a hotel, so if you order spirits you will get a carefully poured 1.25 oz of booze in your drink. However, the service has always been attentive. Not today. The portion size of the burger is very generous and it had the best flavor that I've had in a burger from a restaurant in a long time. The fries were seasoned great. Id definitely recommend trying this place out!!

Called to place an because of an ad and coupon offer in Katy magazine. I told the person I was placing an order with that I had a coupon, she went on to say that she thought it was for dine in only. I said that it definitely does not stipulate that on the coupon. She said she would check with the manager and call me back. 15 minutes later from a different number, she said manager said he wouldn't accept it. I cancelled the order. False advertisement!

I've been coming here since the day it opened. I stay here at the hotel once a month. Started off excellent but has since kept going down hill. What food they have is excellent but they are always out of most things. They had a carrot cake dessert that was great. Gone! Sweet tea-Gone! So many other things/Gone! The wait staff is superb but the management is obviously inattentive to what's happening here. Last time for me.

Loved the seasoned French fries and happy hour specials. The bartender even boxed my food up for me and delivered my food to my room. She definitely went above and beyond- excellent service!

Don't ever order to go. Doordash driver Keena circled my neighborhood for 15 minutes rather than calling me.

Order was cold and not correct the dessert was completely a melted mess (we live less than 7 mins from this location).

Don't go food was way overpriced and not good.

GREAT burgers!! We really liked the burgers!! Try the FIRECRACKER SHRIMP! Really GOOD!! Nice selection of beer too!

I recently gave this place a try with a friend and the burger was amazing. I got the BT double(only needed a single). The half pound patties are well made and the ground meat blend they use stays moist and flavorful. One of the best burgers in town for sure.

Ordered food to go, order was wrong! Didn't even get stuff I paid for. Order took at least an hour before it was ready to get, and when I got it food was cold! Not impressed! Way too much money for the poor quality of food!

We DID eat here, and still I give it only one star. The burgers are extremely greasy and drenched in so much sauce that you can't pick them up because the bread falls off.

Fish tacos had no flavor. I took two bites total out of them and pushed them away.

I have two young boys that love burgers, even they didn't like it. My 3 year old actually told me he doesn't want to go there anymore because those burgers are not good.

Didn't get to try the food because there was one person working there on a Sat night before 8pm, we never even got acknowledged for over 15 min so we left.

Didn't get to try the food because they said they were closed. Yelp and other web sources say they're open UNTIL 10 PM. Not true. Don't waste the trip.

Great New Place!!! Good food! Craft beer & Craft Burgers!!! We started with Firecracker Shrimp & Buttermilk Ckn Strips!! Yummy!! Cheeseburger, Fish Tacos, & Crispy Fish Sandwich for entrees. Two thumbs on burger & tacos!
