Couldn’t be more displeased with their complete lack of customer service and concern to help customers -
Mandy, who I spoke with on the phone, could not have been more rude and less interested in helping me. It’s appalling how little interest these organizations have in hiring someone who actually cares about the people who are paying for their services.
Please consider another hotel in the Houston area besides this one!

I really with this would have been a better stay. Hotel Omni is a very beautiful hotel with great amenities. Our corner room had lots of extra space. We have stayed at other Omni Locations and absolutely loved them. However, the bad definitely outweighed the good during our 3 night stay at this Houston location. There was extremely loud music from the pool area as well as the night club which was 3 floors beneath my room. We could hear every single word from each song as if it were playing in the next room. This started each day around 8:30am and lasted until about 3:00 am the next morning. Impossible

In no particular order, here are some random thoughts:
'Quaint & Friendly' is a VERY good description;
Perfect location for the purpose of my visit (Houston Open).
Food: Not your typical hotel fare. A well written and uncomplicated menu gets your mouth watering as you read it. Just the right amount of choices. I highly recommend the Redfish!!
Both, the room and the bathroom are large and spacious.
Staff are attentive, friendly and professional! That goes for the entire crew! Front AND back of the house!
Had an issue with the mini 'fridge', which was actually an old mini-bar, that wasn't working

It was an unexpected wonderful experience. Either for business or pleasure you should book this hotel if you want to be around River Oaks or the Galleria. My business partners and I did a research where we should sleep in Houston and we had to make a decision between downtown or Galleria.
We pass through both and we decided to stay around the Galleria. It was safer, nice people and good crowd. Living I. Miami, the mall had no impression on me or my family. It just felt safe, do we booked Express deal on Priceline and at the first moment felt kind of disappointed to drive few miles north of the

Bought a resort pass to have a daycation at the pool with spa treatments. Big mistake! Had a terrible experience. Upon arrival, our group of 4 was told that there was no pool service on Sunday (something the website DID NOT state). So our relaxing day of laying by the pool and having someone bring us drinks and snacks turned into taking a long trek into the hotel to get our own drinks and lug them back outside. We could have done the same thing at home and saved a bunch of money. When we tried to speak to the hotel manager (Sanne Martinez) we were repeatedly told that she was in a meeting. When

TL;DR Black Lives Don't Matter at the Omni Houston Hotel and believe the police officer stationed in the parking garage was ready to pull a gun on me.
I went to The Black Swan Nightclub (The club located in the hotel's basement) for a group event with one of my black friends (I'm also black). The actual nightclub was nothing special but we still had a good time.
My friend and I walked back to the parking garage (that we both paid $10 separately to park inside of) and started to chat about the night out before we parted ways.
The white police officer in the jacket that said "Sherriff" approached

My wife and I visited this hotel for the first time. Check in process was smooth by daisy at the front desk. She even offered us two free bottled of water after a long drive and brought all our luggages to our room what great kindness and thoughtful human being. Most amazing service. The food is delicious and all the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Will return soon

My friends recently stayed here and we came to visit them on this past Saturday. For the price, the standard king room wasn't anything special. The pool was swamped with children producing an exceptional amount of noise, with there only being one pool. Every poolside chair was filled, but this was expected for a Saturday in august.
The kicker was the rooftop bartender, sporting horrendous polarized Oakleys and an updated G shock watch. He nor the other bartenders were too keen on helping us or even being polite when we did order.
I do enjoy the Aloft hotel in downtown Fort Worth, less

Good rooms. Good lobby. Horrible valet! I have a Tesla & didn't have the key card so only my phone worked as the key. They told me I had to go to a parking garage. Ended up finding one (my daughter who was already there had one) a little later and the valet acted so put off. They were slow, inconsiderate, & I hope we never have to use them again!

I would like to commend the Omni Hotel on their fabulous customer service throughout my stay. Jesus in the Bar, Bree at the registration desk who helped me get a package sent and Maq at the bell desk who helped me get my Uber driver. They all went over and above in their customer service and really made me feel welcomed.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.

Had a horrible experience with this place overall. The rooms were nice, however my friends gun was stolen out of his car after he valeted it, by valet service. Upon talking to Cameron (the head of valet), he shrugged off the incident as if it was our fault. He refused to help by filing a report with hotel management, and told my friend he was the one that needed to file the police report. Turns out, THIS IS A RAMPANT AND REGULAR ISSUE WITH THIS HOTEL. There has been a massive amount of handguns that have gone missing from patrons vehicles who have used this valet service according to the detective

There has been 5 HANDGUNS and cash stolen from valet vehicles this week! The Omni refuses to work with Fort Worth PD and the "Cameron" who is in charge of the "3rd party valet service" doesn't even care enough to call anyone back! He's likely in on it DO NOT STAY HERE for their Complacency with this ongoing crime and DO NOT VALET here as they will likely steal from you if they don't even care about hiding they are stealing serialized firearms!!!

In early December, my employer hosted our Christmas party here and everything was, GREAT! Prior to the party in the evening, we had a business meeting in the early afternoon. The lunch was exceptional, the organization of it flowed very well and as we finished, they quickly removed our dishes.

I traveled to Fort Worth last month for the first time, to attend an annual conference and I have to say that they picked a great host hotel. Staying at the Omni was more affordable than one would expect with such a big conference occurring so that was definitely a plus!
I arrived hours before check-in time with the expectation that they probably couldn't accommodate an early check-in. Though they get this question all the time, the staff were still very courteous and informed me that they'd let me know if I could check-in early, based on their check outs. About an hour and a half later

This was my first trip to Fort Worth. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in this one is very nice. In town for a convention at the convention center located across the street from the Hotel. Too bad they didn't plan a
a connection between the hotel and the center. Every morning we had to cross a busy street in the rain between all the smokers at a light that never turned green, to get to the center.
The room was very clean, maid service friendly. Not much of a view I guess that's why they planted the roof garden to view from your room.

Nice hotel in downtown Fort Worth. I was here for a conference and had an excellent stay. Some highlights:
- the room had the usual amenities (coffee machine, work desk, safe, fridge...) and a decent amount of storage space. The TV didn't work but I didn't care enough to complain!
- valet parking was pricey ($30+) but the service was top-notch
- lobby area was very nice, with a warm glowing fire and plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas.
- decent WiFi and well-equipped gym.
- very good conference facilities. I loved the rooftop garden adjacent to the 3rd floor conference rooms

Mostly all of the reviews here discuss the same things....so I would like to give you a different perspective.....
The Omni hotel in Fort Worth is definitely a nice hotel. The attention to detail on the architect and development of the interior are all within the range of a luxury hotel. Those things are mentioned and are expected of a hotel of this caliber, but its the staff's willingness to be great and the amenities that make this hotel superior.
The staff is definitely home grown. There was not one disgruntled staff that I ran into. From the folks who open the doors with cowboy hats
