Terrible costumer service , overpriced and bad quality used cars wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

I drove 3 hours to see one of their vehicles only to find they increased the price once I got there. There is a special place in hell for these guys.

Nice people. Prices are a little unreasonable and not to mention info salesman gave me compared to info on Carfax were not consistent. Typical used car dealer.

I saw an F150 truck On Craigslist at this place that I was very interested so I traveled the distance to view it. Test drove it, it drove fine from what I could tell. The sales guy(which my have been owner) was kinda rude but I ignored his rudeness because I really wanted this truck. When I came time to pay I inquired about warranty. That's when the real rudeness came in to play. He refused ANY KIND OF WARRANTY NOT EVEN 30 day. Also he replied if you don't want to buy DONT BUY!! This is the worst dealer ship you can shop I urge you to please consider what I am writing. I previously wrote a good review when I first purchased my car well that car Ended up having serious problems and I had to take it back I gave them a chance and we ended up getting another this one I had to finance. Several months later we took it in for some problems.I got the car back to find it had more problems I took the car to a mechanic to find out they sold me a very serious damaged car. My mechanic told me to take it back to them well they say they did not know. Plus they choose to not want to help

I can honestly say that I normally would not take the time to write a Review. However, it is only right to do so after experiencing such great service. During the sale, I was skeptical as everyone is when you here promises from the sales guy. Jose Blanco has not only kept his promise but the Kow Loon Auto Sales as well. I looked at the reviews and tried to give them a chance. I called to check if they had a car listed on Craigslist. They said it was available, so I took the bus from Monterey all the way up to San Jose. When I arrived, they told me they just sold it a few minutes before I arrived. Then they tried to say they have more cars similar. They just tried to get me in the door by lies. This business is shady and I would never recommend them.

New location for used car dealer with many option and no credit needed

I went to look a lexus is350 almost a year ago and i saw it was still there so, i stopped and asked if i could test drive it. they had to jump ut because the battery was dead. I asked him if he was willing to negotiate a cash purchase and he was only willing to take off a $200.- on a car thats been sitting collecting spider webs.

I bought a car from here about 2 years ago. About 6 months after the purchase, the dashboard lights started lighting up. It didn't bother me until recently, the a/c and blinkers stopped working. Took it to a mechanic and he told me the car had been in a serious accident and easily totaled. The car had a clean car fax and kow loon swore it had never been in an accident. Do yourself a favor and just go to a REAL car dealership.

I took my son to buy a car. We found a Subaru STI and took it to a mechanic for an inspection. Having been told the car appeared in decent condition, we purchased it and drove home. Within 2 hours it started over heating. I called the dealership and was told not to worry, that they would repair. At my cost I had the car towed back. I was very pleased with my experience at Kowloon. I originally went there to look at some used Prius's advertised on Craigslist. My wife and I test drove a 2006 Prius and a couple of days later decided to purchase it.

Quang from Kowloon said he'd hold onto it, however, I later found out that my financing wouldn't cover me for the vehicle due to the number of miles on it. I explained this to Quang on the phone and he was very understanding about it. He let me know that two other Prius's had come in and one was in my price range.

My wife and I ended up going back to Kowloon
