Probably the best car experience I’ve had out of the many cars I’ve purchased. I was able to walk freely and enjoy the experience of browsing the inventory. When I was ready Hector approached and helped going over the features of the vehicle I was interested. Even though the vehicle was to be purchased for my wife he never pressured me to purchase. Next day I bring my wife to look at it the vehicle is gone. Hector remembers are conversation about what colors my wife liked. He then shows my wife a pearl white ES350. Hector has Bill help me with the application and all the paperwork. I give both

I recently bought a Lexus ES from Lexus of Stevens Creek. The whole process was smooth and co-operative. The test-drive, all the services were great and there were multiple people helping me out at each step. In fact, I would like to appreciate the after sales services as even after I took home the ride, they were in contact with me to see if there are any problems with the car or if they can help in any way. We had gone to return our leased car and found Peter Chu who gave us some sound advice. We ended up close the transaction last night itself , all handled professionally and well. The only nitpick we had was on the process and paperwork after the decision which ends up in Lexus dealer waiting for title papers from Lexus/Toyota Financials group. Meaning deals in any payouts.

Ask for Bill if you buy a car from here! I can't say enough good things about purchasing a used Lexus at Steven Creek from Bill. Bill was my salesman and he went out of his way to show me the car.
I saw the ad on the website and asked if the car was available, he said it was, but would get back to me. I didn't hear back, but I was in the area so decided to just drop in and ask for him.

I've been driving my current Lexus RX400h for 12 years, so it was time for an upgrade. A family member recommended that I go to Herman Samaniego at Lexus of Stevens Creek. I had a wonderful experience at the Lexus Stevens Creek! My parents and I spoke with Herman, who helped me out leasing my first car. I am beyond words and so happy. Shopped around for a new NX and found Lexus of SC's deal compelling. Went in and met with Herman who gave me a full tour of the NX and a test drive. I turned my attention toward a used RX and he let me drive that as well. I wasn't convinced so Herman began guiding me towards a lease of a RX. He picked one for me based on my talk with him and what I was looking for. He was a true professional throughout and after working the numbers, I'm a very happy owner of a 2021 RX.
