Hieu recommended (Looks like his buddy and others had same issues) another Lawyer after hearing my case. ***Was recommended by another Lawyer to help with a submission and if necessary an appeal for Home confinement. He assured he'll do everything he can to help and find other alternatives if things didnt workout. That was not the case. He wrote a letter of recommendation and charged me $1,500 for nothing. Got denied and he said "sorry, nothing else i can do". He did not make me feel confidant from beginning to end.. Talked to another lawyer just now and he said "of course there's many options

Attorney Borsari represented me in court a few months ago. He was completely honest with me from the start. The only promise he ever made me was to give my case his best efforts and he did just that. He would always reply promptly and I never had to go through secretaries to speak to him.
End result: Case dismissed. Just when it seemed as if I was surely going to be guilty, Borsari was able to create the right situation in court for me. Borsari exhausted all of his resources to the very end which ended up working in our favor! In fact , because of this result I was able to continue my pursuit

The plea bargain Borsari negotiated was just as punitive as if I LOST my case. Mr. Borsari failed to protect me....he just wanted my money AND he also had me give him $1500 more for unsubstantiated costs. I was in court with all the legal participants against me....the Judge, the Prosecutor....and Mr. Borsari my lawyer. Prior to court, he had me read and initial a stipulations sheet. I thought he was going to argue against imposing any of these on my behalf. The judge just read these stipulations as she sentenced me

David...... Let me tell you about this guy.......This guy knows the system VERY VERY WELL! My wife and I went to one of those crazy 30 story high raise attorneys and paid way too much for nothing. It never felt "right" with that 30th floor high raise attorney. Our old attorney 100% knew he could not fix/repair our predicament but did take thousands for "trying". Found out after the fact.
David told us of our odds of winning and he was RIGHT ON THE MONEY!!!! In this little space I can not convey how we really like this guy

This guy is the best lawyer in OC!
