7 Centers Yoga Arts
Like the rest of the world, 7 Centers is changing! Rest assured: the teachings and practices of the center will continue both in Sedona and other beautiful and sacred spaces. I have closed the yoga center in Sedona, and moved the yurt up to the woods in the Pacific Northwest as a part of a retreat complex with a yoga studio for future retreats. I am also teaching online and traveling to beautiful places to teach. So stay tuned! This year we are offering the 200 Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in the fall in Sedona.

Here is some of the history of this program so you can see its progress. We are overdue for an update as the first teacher training in the West Bank will complete this year of 2021. The Teachers and students managed along side the pandemic of 2020 and are following through with presentations. Congratulations to everyone for their perseverance and passion!
Conflict Resolution is a step by step process using foundational principles found in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras that begins with the understanding of conflict at a core level, coming up with actions and then learning skillful means of communication to transform our experience of conflict. This teaching is inspired by the legacy of Rama Jyoti Vernon and her work in citizen diplomacy.
Join Sraddhasagar (Ruth Hartung) and faculty Kirtan Gopal (Taylor Kurz) for a week-long intensive exploring the chakras through yoga, sound, meditation and art. Each day focuses on a single chakra, establishing direct experiences that participants can draw on as teachers, healers or students. This course can be taken as a stand-alone journey or as part of the 200 Hour Kundalini Teacher Training.

Just took a private restorative class with Uta. We couldn't of asked for a nicer experience. We have lost family members this year that Ihas been really emotionally challenging for us and this was a wonderful experience to help us express our feelings of sorrow and find joy in it as well. Thank you Uta such a restorative experience.

Dropped in for a yoga class during my visit to Sedona. Class was in the yurt, which was very cool. Different style of yoga, but I didn't mind. Great vibe to the place.

I attended the 200 hour Yoga teacher training at Seven Centers in 2014. It was a beautiful and profound experience. The training is set up so that you explore many aspects of yoga in an authentic way that allows you to integrate the teachings into your life. They provide you with a strong foundation and the tools you need to develop a balanced practice. I have since spoken to many people who have attended teacher trainings elsewhere and feel very grateful that I was able to begin my journey at Seven Centers. The skills I learned are invaluable as a teacher and have deeply transformed and inspired

My friend and I were visitng Sedona for 2 weeks, and got a 10-class pass.
We enjoyed a variety of yoga with different teachers.
Movements were very basic, which I liked.
Rather than copying poses after poses, we could focus more on breathing and energy.
And without breathing, yoga can not be as beneficial.
It was a very good experience, and we felt lighter every time after class.

The studio is tucked away in a quiet residential area of Sedona. I immediately felt at home at 7 Centers School of Yoga Arts. I attended a Slow Flow Vinyasa class with Rachel. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The studio has a very warm, peaceful, home-y feel. When you enter, there are plenty of mats, blankets, blocks, and anything else a student would need for class on the shelves to the right. (They don't charge any extra for using them) There are also two white doves in a cage and a cat which seems to reside in the school. The studio has the most incredible carpet. It is

The most lovely yoga studio I've ever seen! This is a beautiful, peaceful little gem of a place, tucked away from the tackiness of ""yuppy, touristy" Sedona.
