Eyecare Leaders (originally Eyecare Masters) was founded in 1995 by Dr. Joseph Nguyen, O.D. The practice started with a modest patient base and small frame inventory which quickly grew in thriving and successful establishment within the year. In 1998, Mary Nguyen joined the staff as Eyecare Leaders' office manager.

Patients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment and did not notify the office within 24 hours of schedule appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Eye exam not properly done the first time and frame all though top brand Versace did not last long. Both sides of the frame the emblems (5 - 3 on 1 side and 2 on the other side fell off ) Took it once for replacement “paid shipping charge” why bother a second time. Took a long time for them to come in the first time. Sent back due to scratch on lens, then the emblem falling off. Too overpriced for the quality. TSO Santa Fe my place to go now.

I have been going to this clinic for over 6 years now. Dr. Hoang is very thorough and explains everything during the eye exams. Mary is the best. She always helps me pick the right frames for my face shape and is so sweet, professional, and kind. She really cares about the patients.they have the best selection of designer frames and have something for every budget. I will continue to go to Eyecare Leaders because they provide the best customer service. I LOVE how they always take care of me.

Absolutely LOVE going here! I have been here since i was younger & Mary Nguyen always takes care of me with the greatest service. She breaks down the payments to ensure you know what you’re getting & your worth. I cant compare going to any other optometrist, they never steer me wrong. The staff is always lovely & very helpful. I don't usually write reviews, however, Eyecare Leaders has made me the Happiest and most Satisfied customer. Dr. Nguyen helped me in transitioning from eyeglasses to contacts. EyeCare Leaders is by far the best eye clinic ever! The employees provides the best services and has the best hospitality. They also have a wide variety of glasses that comes in many different brands, shapes, sizes & colors so you can always try something new and could never go wrong. When you come here, ask for Mary. She can speak English and Vietnamese which is very helpful to non-english speakers who are Vietnamese such as my Grandma. She was the one who assisted us with our eye appointments and glasses. Thanks to her, I can now see clear with her recommendations and her assistance!

Every time I come it’s always a pleasant experience. The owner is always attentive and will always greet you to make sure all your needs are met.
I also wanted to mention, the assistant that helped me that was going through training under the owner’s supervision was very nice and friendly!
As for my eye exam it was my first time meeting Dr. Nguyen and it was by far it was the best experience I’ve had so far. I did not feel rushed and he did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had. He was super informative and very educational!
