Personally, I love this place. Some of there specialty rooms are themed of different varieties and features a full size hot tub in the room. It located right on the back side of lake Coeur de Lane lake and has an amazing view.

My girlfriend and I were gifted a night at this Inn expecting a quirky themed room with a great view but was met with the opposite in the worst way imaginable. Not even 10 minutes being in the room, did we notice several things that made us want to leave immediately and should have been fairly noticeable to any sort of cleaning service. To simply skate around some of the more disturbing things, the cherry on top was the bed had so much cat hair in it, that only being slightly allergic was still to a point of being unbearable. We left in the middle of the night and never looked back.

Paid $157 for The Montana room to stay on my birthday, got there ended up leaving in the middle of the night, the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it burnt my skin and we couldn’t stand it burning our eyes so we had to leave. We didn’t get anything to start a fire until after 9 PM so basically paid $157 for a bed, the room was dirty wasn’t vacuumed cat hair everywhere. Did not enjoy our stay at all. The employee was supposed to go to the store to buy ice because we had an ice pail with the lining but there was no ice, she never went. I wouldn’t stay

For valentines day weekend my girlfriend and I stayed here. When I called to book the room the receptionist was considerate enough to give us the Hawaiian themed room with a hot tub (the reason we picked that motel). It was very cozy, the staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay offering a small selection of DVD's and a player, even offering to go up the road to get snack and drinks if we wished. Who does that? How nice. When we where having difficulty getting the hot tub to the temperature we liked, the maintenance man came in after hours and adjusted it for us cheerfully

I stayed with family in the Montana Room. Wouldn't recommend staying here for a long time.
Checkout is 11 AM, no curfew set in place or room service that I know of.

From check in to check out this experience is as amazingly eclectic and eccentric as the owners! This is a MUST STAY! The decor is retro so as a child of the 70s it's like reliving fond memories! My husband and I travel extensively as he is ia superintendent in the hydroelectric field and we have stayed at some of the finest resorts. This for us ranks in the top 5! The feelings you get make the small imperfections unimportant! The views are wonderful! The hot tub in the room adds that romantic touch so bring your wine! Water was perfect & they are cleaned after each use! The beds are so comfortable

Our stay at the Bennett Bay Inn was lovely. Quite funky, but a fun funk. Our room was clean and the manager was very sweet. If you are looking for 5 🌟 go somewhere else. But you will miss out on character.

I sent my brother here for his honeymoon.. worst mistake I ever made.. I knew with it only being two stars it wasn't going to be amazing but I figured nice view, hot tub, etc.
If I could give a zero stars I would. Not only was the room disgusting as it was just completely dirty.. there was MOLD everywhere. On the bedskirts, on the walls, bath tub. Everywhere.
The room is one thing but what really grinds my gears is the management has been rude and condescending. We have been promised a full refund however here I am over three full weeks and nothing. They are avoiding my calls and have NO desire

Was booked and paid for 4 days only stayed 3 our room was down a flight of stairs that looked like u could fall thru. Got to our room entrance after walking over chunks and large cracks in cement tripping hazard. Room was old no coffee pot blankets and sheets were stained and we're old. The place needs to be knocked down before it falls and rebuilt needs updated!???

Absolutely love this hotel for their location, friendly staff, and amazingly beautiful location! Was driving through to Brady, Montana and got to the hotel by 3a.m. from Vancouver, Washington. Kelly at the front desk worked with us to get us a room that late which was awesome! Hot tub in the room with an amazing view. At the foot of the bed was a big window with a outstanding view of the lake! It was quite romantic for my partner and I. We stayed one night. On our way back we stayed another two nights because it was so amazing and we enjoyed ourselves so much! I love it here and will be coming

I stayed there in October and they lost electricity. I was at a conference and got back late when I realized they had lost electricity. I remained there that night but left around 5 am. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out early due to no electricity. They did not refund money even though they had no electricity and I couldn't use the toilet,shower, or be warm.I was charged for 2 days. They don't even deserve 1star.

The staff is very friendly and rates are cheapest in town. Room had a great view of the lake. That's the positives. The room was quite dirty, the bed was hard with a significant dip in the middle. Sheets we're very old and rough, pillows flat as a pancake. The room was dominated by a large, inoperable, partially filled jacuzzi tub. There was a burned spot

I'm all about supporting local businesses, even when I travel so when I read that this place was a "little" rundown but owned by locals AND had spectacular views, I was all in.
However, some local businesses do not need to be in business. First off, I tried calling this establishment several times, throughout the day, several days in a row. All I ever got was a full voicemail box. Not a good start but ok. Checked in around 4pm on 7/13. The outside was definitely in disrepair but they had a sign on the office door that they're doing repairs so, ok. They're working on it

If you like the smell of old cigarettes and super grungy room then this is your place. Pissed our room smelled like a 30 year old ashtray and the water damage was truly impressive. A land slide over on that side of the lake would do this place great!

Me and my man got a room here for two nights. We got a jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot and jets weren't working very well. The rooms were kinda old and a little ghetto... But they have an awesome view of Lake CDA up here on the hillside and the staff was super cool and friendly.

First off, all of the negative reviews... take with a grain of salt. This little hidden gem is not a chain hotel. It's ran by an actual real live human(s). The folks who run this place are super nice and helpful and doing the best they can.

My husband and I happened upon this place by accident, just passing through. I was searching while on the road, for a place to lay our tired heads that was close to I-90, and allowed dogs. Check.

The motel itself is old. However, I believe that the more than fair price of the room reflects that. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and quirky

My husband and I spent a week here. We had a very cozy room with a great view of the lake. They have the coolest dog, his name is Boss. He greets all the customers! All the rooms are different and they are pet friendly!!!! The owners are very nice. It needs a little tlc, but extremely comfortable.

I loved the unique themed room. We got the Rock and roll and if your looking for fun and unique experience this is it. It has a hot tub in the room which is fun in it self but the view outside paired with the couple that own this establishment made this a great and memorable trip

We stayed one night at Bennett Bay so that we could have a lake view. All and all, the place is decent but seriously outdated. The staff were pleasant and our room was clean. You should review room photos so that you are not shocked for what you're getting. I did get the feeling that they may have some permanent residents who stay here for a deep discounted rate (if you get my drift). My suggestion is that the owners do a complete renovation because this was the only place that we could find on the lake and I think they could do much better than they are.

So this place is cool and creepy at the same time. Great view of the lake and our room was clean, bed was nice, and the hot tub worked great as well not to mention the blond lady at the desk was nice and helpful but my brother and I could not get over the fact that it felt like we were being watched. We searched the entire room more than once. We looked behind all the pictures and mirrors on the walls and any place most people would not think to look. We never shook the feeling that we were being watched. But besides that it's not a bad place plus you can buy cheap beer at the front desk.

We booked a room with Bannet Bay inn one week in advance. When we called on the day of arrival that we will be checking in late, they could not find our reservation at all. We called them sever times on different numbers that they provide on their VM, because the frond desk girl was not picking up the phone to talk to us even. We reached ( I suspposed their so called manager) that found for us another room in exchange. non smoking and we agreed to it because we were arriving after a 5 hour drive at 10 PM. The offered room was so bad, and could not compare to the initial reservation that we made

Don't bother with this place. Booked because we were passing through town, the view looked amazing so I took the reviews with a grain of salt- Big mistake! Huge! Didn't even end up staying after we saw the room, it was less than ideal. We should have done more research on this place, I maybe would have found the decor funny and not minded it being on the dirty, slightly unsafe side if I was in college and backpacking around. Safe yourself the effort and go somewhere else, we ended up at the Holiday Inn a few miles away and it was great.

Had the extreme displeasure of having to stay a night at this barely-functioning excuse for a hospitality establishment after everything else in town was booked. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the unkempt grounds sent the first warning signal off in my mind.

Such a disappointing night. Stayed in the "Jungle Room", which looked like it was decorated by a very enthusiastic 16 year old. To their credit, the room seemed relatively clean, however I could not bring myself to trust the faux fur comforter. The biggest disappointment was the non-functional jacuzzi tub. After warning us he'd had to drain the "filthy" tub before our stay, we came into our room to find it was ice cold and non functioning. This was our 2nd time staying and we got the Montana Suite. It was like walking into a beautiful cabin with a gigantic mini pool (jacuzzi) in the room! Lots of privacy, door to the bedroom closes,seperatly from living room, brand new couches that were so velvety and soft. Fridge with small freezer, sink and normal size coffee maker, no microwave but office is a few doors away. Fireplace with firewood, office has newspaper or bring your own, Jared was very nice to help us because we couldn't start it for there was alot of ashes. NEVER,NEVER,NEVER stay here!!!!.......We checked in on a Fri night and pre paid for our 4 night stay. we rented the Garden Room with a hot tub....the hot tub was filthy and had to be emptied and cleaned.The manager "Jason" was sketchy at best....On Monday morning after being there for 3 nights, he accused me of "stealing" wine glasses from the lobby on Friday and told me he had me on video. So I asked to see this alleged video and he became irate and told me " Get the F**K out of his motel"....he then proceeded to call the sherriff when I asked for a refund for that
