Overall not impressed. Very dated facility and rooms. Bathroom was extremely cold and shower had a permanent opening, which made for a very uncomfortable shower. Set up like an apartment complex; rooms were very far from lobby and breakfast. Biggest pro- breakfast vouchers for table service in their restaurant. Food and service in the restaurant were very good.

My family and I were flooded out of our home and our landlord set us up here. Once we got here we could not check in because we do not have a credit card and we are poor and did not have cash to leave for a deposit. We had a horrible day and this place just topped it off.....
Went to la Quinta down the road. No issues at all. They are glad to have us for the next couple weeks while our home is repaired and we're very kind in dealing with our situation.
When I told the receptionist at maribu about our situation, she said...oh no....I'll just need a credit card and both of your id's....

Mirabeau Park Hotel is a beautiful Hotel to stay in. Had absolutely no problems, whether it was checking in, or even the cleanliness and quality of the hotel room. Sheel was great with customer service, helping me and answering all the questions I had. The pool was heated and the Hot Tub was just right on temperature.
The Hotel is quite massive, and may seem like a maze at first, but it's not too difficult.
The Max restaurant is beautiful and the food is amazing as well.
Overall the experience was great!

Great place.. very clean.. breakfast wasnt great but its fine.. problem i found was the $75 extra charge. Its not right.. they took out from my account and lied about putting it back in.. said it was already in and then find out i have 5 business days so again they did this a week after i stayed. THEY MESSED UP.. need to make it right.. I left room clean and they even said it was.. so why? i got extra charges and messed my account up.. NOT COOL

I'm giving 5 stars to all the great reviews. I'll be staying at the Mirabeau Saturday night (8/21) following the Celebration of Life for longtime friend (30+ yrs.) A friend and her 11 yr old daughter will be with me to help care for my budgie and little dog when I'm busy with my late friend's husband and daughter. It sounds like a great place. This will be a tough trip, it will be nice to have a comfortable place to stay.

Had the GM/Executive chef take my reservation for the hotel. Met 2 other chefs at the bar which made my time there absolutely enjoyable. Being a chef I would love to work at this place the menu is amazing and it taste as good as it sounds!! Staff is amazing too!! Smiles from all of them at the bar!! Would have been one of the best stays I have had in a long time if I would have been given the Jacuzzi suite like I requested though! Still an amazing place to go!!

My family and I really appreciated the experience. Check in was super easy and the people working the front desk were friendly and had great sense of humor. Our room was beautiful and clean. We could not believe how comfortable the beds were and how updated it was. Pleasantly surprised was the pool. Whomever takes care of it does an amazing job with it and the hot tub. Check out was quick and no problems. I love the fact it is located close to places to eat and shop. We will be back of the experience repeats itself!

The Mirabeau is such an asset to the Spokane Valley community. All events held here are top notch and the service at the Max is incredible. We recently held my daughters baptism reception in the courtyard and the Mirabeau really went all out to ensure our event was perfect. I’m especially impressed with the staff and how they always seem to go above and beyond.

I am sitting in my room as I type this. Check in was quick, staff was friendly. Room is clean and spacious. I ordered a caprese salad from room service, and it was very good. The price was also very reasonable, for the room and the food.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of accessibility. The entrance I was directed to near my room had a luggage cart inside the door, but I had to haul my luggage from my car to the entrance because there are 3 steps outside that entrance, which rendered the cart pretty useless until I could haul my bags up those steps. I have very

We vacation in the northwest for two weeks every summer and usually find the best flight options at Spokane airport. We discovered Mirabeau Park Hotel several years ago and ALWAYS choose it for our first and last night's stay. We have never been disappointed in the at least 6-7 times we stayed there. Great rooms, comfortable beds, every thing is very clean, beautiful grounds, wonderful breakfast in the restaurant. This hotel is a hidden gem and an unbelievable value for the price.

So far, our stay has been fantastic! Began with a wonderful check-in experience with Tina at the front desk, and continued with pleasant, helpful experiences with every single employee we encountered thereon. Our room was very nice and very clean, with ample storage and comfortable beds and pillows. A+

Don't EVER come to this hotel during the weekend of May 5th through May 6th. It is ridiculous, as all you will hear are dogs barking from a 3am until you check out. Apparently, this hotel is known for this dog show, & all the guardians stay at this hotel. Oh, and keep in mind, over 200 dogs outside in vans, which are barking all night as well. Know I am an animal person, however, when you have over 200 dogs in one area and they are all feeding off of each other's barks, is the issue.
This experience is unacceptable for the other consumers that just want some peace and quiet.

I was t sure about staying here as I've heard a lot of bad reviews. The parking could be better, especially if you need handicap access. Hallways are confusing from the parking lots and if you can't climb a lot of stairs you have to walk down multiple long hallways and make multiple turns to get to your room which isn't great if you've just had knee surgery. When I asked if these were the closest due to my surgery I was told yes, even the actual handicap rooms are located down long hallways. The room was clean and renovated inside which was good but I couldn't sleep all

This is a great hotel. It's older, with most rooms having been renovated to include granite countertops and showers, glass shower door, two sinks, one in the bathroom, the other at a minibar with microwave and fridge, wine glasses and bathrobes. They are good sized rooms, most with a balcony or patio. The inside courtyard is kept pristinely manicured. Ask for an inside room with the view of the courtyard!
The outside of the hotel is older as well as the hallways. You can tell that in it's heyday in the 70-80s it was a stylin' hotel. I'm partial to it because my parents honeymooned

Loved our stay. Spacious rooms with a balcony. The shower head was luxurious. I loved having 2 sinks. One was in the bathroom with the shower so the other could be used.
The hotel has an old time 30's feel with the wicker chairs down the halls, but never felt run down or dirty.
The pool and hot tub were clean and loved having it outside. Enjoyed our stay.

I travel frequently to Spokane and have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. Sometimes you get a room in the back that hasn't been updated( maybe that's not the case anymore). Anyway, the rooms are real nice, clean, updated, good beds. A tip on the beds, or most beds in a hotel. If you are solo, sleep on the most inconvenient side of the bed, away from the clock, tv remote etc.. some times there is a depression on one side because it's the only side that gets slept on. True here.
Very nice bathroom, small sink, coffee maker outside the bathroom, fridge and new big flat

What a cool hotel. We stayed at the Mirabeau Park Hotel only for one night, but had a great experience. Visually it reminded me of David Lynch's Twin Peaks, it was cool but with high quality amenities. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast were good too. Very easy and quick check in process. If I'm ever in the middle of nowhere I will gladly stay.

Stay here!! What a retro gem. Hidden in plain sight. Don't let the low-slung exterior from the road fool you. Inside you'll find the best of the 60's. Its FUN. Perfect for a romantic getaway when you don't want to drive too far. Here are just a few of things that impressed us:
Fantastic bar, comfortable seats (as they should be) and a well trained bartender. LOVED the mulled grapefruit and basil vodka martini - yum.
Big tiled pool in a center courtyard. Surrounded by lounge chairs. Not lap swimming big, but the biggest hotel pool I've ever seen.

This is my go to place when in the Spokane area. I travel for work to this area maybe 3 or 4 times a year. The rooms are large and in like new condition. This place is comparable to any of the higher priced chain hotels you can find but at a much more reasonable price. The staff are great and the food wonderful. I have never been disappointed with the free breakfast.

Laundry facilities were difficult to locate, but staff will help you find it. It looks just like the entrance to any other hotel room with a small sign. $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry.
Our room was fantastic. King sized bed, very comfortable. A couch, desk, and chair. Television with an ample number of channels. Large bathroom. Two sinks. Coffee in room. Robes. Great soap. Room temperature was good. Staff/check in and out was easy.
The patio chairs are low quality. There isn't a view. But, there is a patio, which is nice.
