I and my partner stopped here to make the drive home from the holidays a bit more manageable. As such we left rather early, but I must commend the feont desk staff. When we checked in I overheard a woman in distress asking for room rates for a relative in a rough situation. The woman behind the desk not only assisted her but went above and beyong to accomodate the patrons needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location in terms of closeness to downtown is great but some would say its not the most ideal spot. I likes it. And the lake in the back is stunning. Most importantly to us its dog

Condo like style hotel. Swipe to enter individual buildings, & individual rooms. Parking is right outside each building's door, and it is plentiful. Depending where your room is at (of course), you'll have nice views of the waterfront & the well maintained greens. Roses are scattered throughout the grounds making the place more enticing. Good customer service at the front desk. Rooms appeared clean & modern. Kudos. Only thing I'd recommend, is bring your own body soap (for some reason there's was mediocre at best).
Other than that, great experience overall.

A great stay and an excellent location. Staff was accommodating and friendly, allowed us to check in early and check out late. Plenty of pet areas, great for traveling with dogs. We enjoyed all the fall colors and walking along the trail towards downtown. Many activities in walking distance. Free warm breakfast and coffee in the morning, but if you want something different the hotel restaurant was delicious. We did not get to enjoy the pools, spa, playground or courtyard games but all looked lovely.

Been a long time since last stay. What a difference. Really nice rooms. Beautiful grounds right along the river. Just a short walk right onto Gonzaga campus. Nice restaurant, bar, and BBQ available for meals. You can order by phone and drive up to get your BBQ. Close to downtown, Riverside Park, Centennial trail (40 miles) is a great trail for walking, bicycling, running,

This is a lovely place along the river. In good weather it would be a fine place. The restaurant is a plus on the river. But the carpet throughout for me is a setback. Narrow carpeted halls in the room areas takes away. Would I stay again? Yes, certainly, but would ask for a room on the ground floor closer to the restaurant.
