This is a great local shop. They have serviced three watches for me, one banger and two special watches. Joseph and his crew have done a great job every time. They are very knowledgeable and friendly crew. Most impressively, they are NOT greedy. They will go above and beyond what's necessary to make your watch work like new...and they may not even charge you. Appreciate their generosity and give them a tip for their excellent effort. We are lucky to have such skilled technicians here in the Valley.

I had my wedding rings repaired. They were cut because I had a C-section for my son, and my body was already swollen. I got. My rings back repaired and shining like new. $150 seems a little expensive, but I am glad to have my rings back and never looked like we'd cut it. The sales clerk were very nice. I also like window shopping at this store, they have a lot of nice stuff.

This place is great I went to get my Swiss battery replaced any places could not get the back cover open but they took it and took 15 minutes and came back perfect. Friendly service on the cost $15 plus they did not scratch the cover which many places do which means they have the correct tools to get the cover off

Brought in my Dive watch for repair said he could fix it for $125. Went to pick it up the price was $95 because he said it wasn’t waterproof. When I complained and said that’s not what we agreed on. He told me he could take his parts out and I could leave his store,or pay the $95. Very unprofessional and I will never do business with the shop again.

I have nothing but compliments for these guys. I like to tinker, so I had taken my watch apart to adjust the speed of my watch since it was running a bit slow. I ended up ruining my main spring. When I got my watch back from repair it is now running better than it was brand new, and perfectly spot on time. I would totally recommend them.

My husband Daniel has a silver Zuni ring that he's worn for decades but recently he had to remove it for surgery and the silver was badly bent. We first took it to Kay's and they were going to send it out at a cost of $200, with no reassurance of the outcome. Fortunately we checked with Joseph who said he could do it right away for $65. He restored the ring without having to add metal and it looks better than it did when it was purchased in 1975. He treated us with respect and integrity and we highly recommend his business.

We were on our way to a different jewelry store in the mall to get a watch battery replaced, when we saw Expert Repairs. Since the reviews on Expert Repairs were almost a solid five stars, and the reviews on the other jewelry store were only three stars, we decided to give this place a try. We were not disappointed! Fast, friendly, professional service and the battery was replaced in about 10 minutes.

These folks are good people. Les repaired/maintenanced the Howard Miller clock my parents gave me in 2002. It was over 'wind' and the time didn't synchronize with the chime. I didn't know that clocks need to have maintenance. Very professional. I love clocks and when I make my next acquisition, I will start here. They have a great selection of time pieces.

They seemed quite busy, however I was told that I'pd have the batteries replaced in two watches in 20 minutes and in 20 minutes, they were done. The technician realized that one of the watches was not keeping time before handing it to me and said it probably needed some cleaning. That did the trick, and he didn't charge extra. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back here for all my watch repairs.

Friendly service but repair was inadequate.
I took my Fossil Big Tic Watch to replace batteries. The repair tech stated he replaced both batteries and reset the digital seconds but it does the digital display does not come on. This watch has never been worn; it has been it's original box for 10 years.
In addition to that, they scratched the crystal. I took a photo of the watch 2 weeks ago before posting it on Letgo; no scratch.
