We will appraise your jewelry which is part of an estate & will pay top dollar for the jewelry. No appointment is necessary; however, we do advise people to come in Monday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-3:30pm. When selling your gold to us, we will pay you in a check or if you prefer to trade in for our merchandise is fine as well.

This is a wonderful Jewelers: from the quality of the jewelry to the customer service! My engagement ring and wedding ring and all the Jewlery I wore on my wedding are all from El Paseo Jewelers! I was so grateful my fiancé got help from the El Paseo Jewelers team when he picked out my engagement ring-I was so happily surprised!! I just picked up three pieces of jewelry I needed repairs to. One ring was missing two small baguette diamonds, one ring I needed sized and my Tag watch the top dial wouldn't turn. Amazing. This store is without a doubt amazing. The jewelry was repaired in a timely manner. The cost to me for these repairs? Zero zip zilch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service exceptional. You get a warm greeting & that obviously is appreciated & you feel valued immediately.
My husband & I had been trying to find a reputable jeweler for over a year.
We had gone to a couple of stores but walked out because of a "gut" feeling. Follow your "gut feeling" my mother always told me.

El Paseo Jewelers did an amazing job designing and creating wedding rings for my husband and I. We had a very unique request and they put their hearts into it! We had been married many years earlier, divorced and then 26 years later decided to re-marry. We wanted to incorporate our old rings into our new ones, so they created a design which used interlocking hearts, an old Celtic symbol, and placed the diamonds inside the hearts. So our marriage and our rings have been reincarnated for a new life. The owner, Raju Mehta was wonderful to work with. His sincerity and dedication to fulfill our wishes

Great experience! I took my great-grandmothers 18k white gold diamond wedding ring set in to get sized and re-shanked. I was going to be leaving out of town, so I called a few days later to check on how the process was going and to inquire if they had an idea of how much they were going to charge me for what I wanted. I was completely surprised when I was told there would be no charge! Upon picking up the ring, I was thrilled to see what beautiful work they did! Just came back from picking up my wedding ring that I received 35 years ago from my deceased husband. To say I was a nervous wreak leaving it there for repair was an understatement. But the associates there could not have been nicer and the repair and cleaning was as if I just received it all those years ago. Instead of a fee for cleaning they ask that you donate to their charity, Dogs For Veterans. Will most definitely patronize this establishment again and so should you.

I purchased a watch at Nordstrom for my wife for our anniversary and after visiting two Nordstrom's they couldn't figure out how to remove a ceramic link from the watch bracelet.
We were visiting Palm Desert and while looking for a place to eat I saw this jewelry store and literally walked in 5 minute before closing and asked if they could remove a link. I really felt bad that it was so close to closing time but the staff was so helpful and kind and sized the watch for my wife.
After about 10 minutes they came back with the watch sized and a link removed. I expected to pay $10 bucks
