I have heard their ad on the radio what seems like a million times and went in to see if what they say is true. Mike greeted me and took such good care to answer my questions and find me exactly what I was looking for. There was never any pressure, just genuineness and great information. I had done my research before going in and was very happy with the prices, way below retail. I needed the ring the next day and they set the stone and had it done on time as promised.
