Elite Collision Center was founded by Charlie DeVincenzi Jr., Charlie DeVincenzi Sr. and Eric DeVincenzi, in Concord California in 2000. Soon there after the family was faced with growing customer base and a quickly growing business a short time later the family brought their highly reputable business ethics to the South Bay with an autobody shop in the San Jose area.
In addition to providing the highest quality collision repair in the south bay, Elite Auto Center offers several additional services. Some of the services offered are High quality Vehicle restoration, Complete paint jobs, Rust Repair, Headlight restoration and clear-coating, Interior and exterior detail services with a range of detailing choices, we also offer Hybrid and Electric vehicle Battery maintenance, re-manufacturing and replacement.

This place is AMAZING! My Ford had the right headlight destroyed, quarter pannel and hood damaged by a chunk of garbage on the freeway about a year ago. Eric looked at the damage and assured me he would work with the insurance company to get it taken care of. A few days later the insurance gave the ok and 4 days after that my car looked as good as the day I bought it! It was even washed and clean...very nice job Elite. Even my girlfriend is thinking of them have her cars damage fixed there now.

Very unprofessional! I emailed them 2-3 times asking for a quote (I sent them my VIN#, photos of the damage, and anything else they asked for) and also called a couple times to follow up. They kept telling me that they'll get back with a quote, but never did.
These guys clearly didn't want my business and didn't have the courtesy to let me know that.
Definitely not going back here and also telling my friends to avoid them. There are plenty of good body shops in the neighborhood.

Eric and his team did a fantastic job! They were very professional and made sure to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle the entire time. My car was rear-ended on the passenger side and with significant scratches. Eric explained to me that although the damages might not seem severe, there could be possible damages internally. Eric's team removed the bumper, and what they found was damages to the blindspot sensors. His team was then able to get my vehicle fixed in 1.5 weeks. Eric was very helpful and his team made my Infiniti G37 look new again after a collision to my right bumper area (see before and after pictures). After the repair was completed, I had to contact Eric again for some minor things and he was very responsive and made sure I was 100% satisfied.
I'm very picky about my car. This place is a bit on the expensive side but you get what you paid for. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Eric!

Let's begin with the communication / time. First of all, the team there was always friendly when I spoke with them. However, I never received any calls from the shop during the entirety of the repair. I always had to be the one calling in order to get an update. From my experience, this isn't normal. I've always received updates from the shop during a repair. I was never left in the dark. As for the amount of time the repair took

Had a great experience with Elite after a hit-n-run left my car with a crunched bumper at a parking lot down the street. Eric was super helpful and the shop had my car fixed up in less than a week. I even had an aftermarket bumper guard that I had originally bought on Ebay thinking it was an official OEM part that Eric tried to replace, but he discovered it was not actually from Toyota and instead obtained and adhered a Toyota one. First I would like to thank Eric (the owner) he was very professional and reassuring when we had a small accident on our brand new accord. We wanted only the best body shop to do the work and being such a small accident it was hard find someone who wanted to even help us. Thank god we found Elite auto body. Eric delivered all he promised and we are very happy. The car was washed and clean when we picked it up and most of all my wife was happy! Was referred to Elite by my mechanic Tim from White Oaks (two shops are right next to each other)
The results are great, can't tell anything ever happened. Turnaround was less then a week - pretty quick - and they helped with rental car logistics - when I picked up my car after repairs, I just left the rental at the shop - and Eric arranged for it to be picked up by Enterprise.
Definitely recommend.

Eric and his team are awesome! My brand new car was hit while parked on the street, and Eric took care of me! His turn around was 3 days quicker than other auto body shops I had checked with, and his prices are reasonable.
My car is a lease, and I felt very reassured when Eric said they fix cars for the dealerships. I have to keep my car up to Toyota's standards so when I return the car, I won't get charged!
Eric and his crew also accommodated around my work schedule. I work normal business hours, and he delivered my car for FREE all the way to my workplace in Palo Alto. Amazing work

I was referred here by a friend after someone backed into my Q50 a few weeks ago, and although the dent wasn't huge, a dent's a dent! Eric was super helpful and kept me updated with my car throughout the way (I hope I wasn't super difficult... Sorry!). Thankfully I haven't needed a lot of body work done on my car, and I hope not to have anymore in the future... but if I do I'll never take my car anywhere other than Elite Auto Body.
I got hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene, and Eric at Elite turned a very bad thing into a great experience. They handled the tow, helped put me in a rental car covering the $50 refundable charge when I didn't have the cash on hand, and covered part of my deductible for me. Best part the car looks good as new...like nothing ever happened.

So glad to find a friendly, fast body shop near my home.
Over the weekend, my car got dinged by a flying object on the highway. It cracked my left fog light, tore off the metal right around the light, and left a nasty big scratch on the bumper. My car is 2 years old, and this is the first major scratch on it. Needless to say I was pretty depressed.
I went to my Infiniti dealership to get it checked. My service guy told me I needed a body shop to repair it since the mount for the light might be torn, in which case it's not as simple as replacing the light and parts. He explained that nowadays

i took my 98 honda accord to him. with a cracked winshield and i need to fix my bumper and taillights from another situation that occurred. i am college student and eric worked excellent with my budget cost from the insurances. not only did he fix my car right quick and back to perfect shape again. he did it with in less then a day. i dropped my car off Monday evening and i had my car back by 2 o clock tues. since it was my only car. :) i would recommend him to any of my friends or family.

I've been to Elite Autobody & Collision twice since moving to San Jose. Both experiences have been fantastic in getting my Infiniti G37 restored to factory new condition. Eric ensures that every detail is taken care of and treats the car as if it were his own.
I've been very impressed with both the service and the repairs done. He is more than willing to work with the insurance company to ensure that the right parts are installed and that there are no compromises to the structure or appearance of the car.
