I was read-ended on my way home on Thanksgiving by a driver who was texting and driving. I called up AAA and I was given a list of auto repair shops. I googled a shop that is close to my house and work. I found this shop with very good reviews. I am glad that I chose them, they exuded professionalism at the very start. After an accident, I chose Care Care Autobody from the insurance company list, because it had high reviews. I am so glad I did. James provided photos to the insurance company and explained the process clearly. While the car was getting repaired for the accident, I opted to add repair to a door after deep scratches from something in my garage.
The paint job is so beautiful, you would not know there was an accident or a new paint job on one door. The paint is matched and there was no need for blending saving me money.
James was great to work with and the Jeep was ready a day early.

I brought my car here because it had a couple of door dings on both sides. I spoke with the owner, Tyra and she quoted me a reasonable, inexpensive price for the repair. It took only a few hours for the car to be repaired. The car came out like new. I was very satisfied with the repair. The shop is impressive. They have several garages and plenty of staff on fire working on other cars. All the staff I bumped into were professional and polite. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends. One of the best car auto body shops in the Bay Area. They took my car in at the earliest convenience and fixed it within a matter of a day. I had a great experience at this body shop. My brand new car needed some paint and body work and I am fully satisfied with the job that the shop has done. On top of that, the staffs are friendly and they made arrangements to have someone from the rental car to pick me up from the shop when I left my car there. I dripped the rental car at the shop while picking up my car. The whole experience was really pleasant.

My truck recently got the catalytic converter cut off and my insurance company recommended me to this business. I must say that I am very pleased with the service that they provided. James did an amazing job with our car. Like every other supplier due to the shipping issues, they had difficulty finding the parts. However, they did the best they could with local providers and finished the job with minimal delay.
They communicated directly with the insurance and were honest about the damage and time. The finished product was top notch. Not much more to ask for. Well done!

I would give this business 10 stars if I could. I have been a customer for several years and I wouldn't trust my car to be repaired by anyone else. Maria and staff are amazing to work with, they continually keep you updated progress. A visit to their office is always greeted with a "hello" by all who are there.I can't say enough about Car Care.

My car was broken into with the window smashed and a bunch of interior scratches from the shattered glass on the inside and outside of the car. In addition to the smash and grab, a dent was also made on my passenger side. Through Gieco, Car Care (and especially James) did an amazing job helping plan out what needed to be fixed. The team ended up replacing my window, some interior items, repainted the doors, and fixed my dent! I couldn't be any more impressed with the quality work that was done. I will recommend Car Care Auto body when it comes to repair. They replaced a brand new parts the one got damaged and they fixed the small dings & replaced a captor for the sunroof water drainage without add'l cost. It was a good experience. Short version: AVOID this place!!
Long version: I had to get my bumper replaced after an accident, so I got an estimate from State Farm and Car Care matched it exactly. Car Care had me send photos of the damage for them to make the decision to match the State Farm estimate. I dropped my car off on March 2nd (no one was wearing masks, they just had a little plastic divider in the front as if that's going to prevent covid from spreading in the air) and I was told it would be ready in 3 days, on March 5th. I get a call the next day, Wednesday, from Maria at Car Care saying they found more damage

AAA sent me here and I see why they recommend Car Care. Not only were they friendly and professional but they were fast and diligent. I never felt like I was kept in the dark and was notified if anything changed.
There were a couple snafus with the parts that were ordered for my car repair, but I was quickly notified of everything going on. In typical 2020 fashion, I managed to round out the year with not one... but two hit and runs in a single year. My poor car!
Luckily, this time a bystander witnessed my car being hit and the police was able to track down the culprit. I guess my luck isn't all bad, after all!

Car care coordinated directly with the hit & runners insurance, as well as coordinating with the rental car.. making the whole process seamless for me. James was great to work with and made my car look brand new again

Unfortunately for me, I’ve found myself needing to go to an auto body shop way too often lately, for a couple of my own mishaps, however, I’m glad this is the shop I chose every time. The staff is amazing and my car is always in the best shape possible when I get it back.
I’ve been there’s so many times, that we all joke about how familiar my face is. Huge shout out to Maria Lopez, Angela Soto who are sooo very helpful with any questions or concerns I have, when I’m calling the shop a million times. My brand new Toyota RAV4 platinum was unfortunately got hit two times this year within 5 months, both times I chosen to have my car repaired here. The second time accident was very bad damage about 10k, ouch...
I was pretty concerned with how complicated my car repair could be because I bought the highest setting rav4 with very complicated sensor all over the car. Not only they fix the body of my car just like it was new, including the complicated sensors and everything else just as perfect like how was. Big relief for me!

My family has been getting our cars fixed at Car Care Autobody for years. They do a great job aways, and the staff are very professional and amiable. My last visit was for a scrape of the side of the car, which I got by being too close to the garage opening. I thought I would need a paint job, but James and Jose buffed it up at no charge. Have been to Car care a couple of times. Worked with Matthew and found him to be pretty knowledge. He took a few photos of the damage and send out the estimate the next day. When I dropped the car off, he explained the work that would be done and the parts that need to be replaced. He also sent out emails periodically with updates. The car looked great after the work was done. Great work by Car care! They even washed the car before delivery.
Jennifer (at the front desk) made arrangements for rental pick up and drop off.
