I lost a tooth while biting down on a pebble in black beans at a Mexican restaurant. My tooth cracked all the way down the middle. After almost three years of dental visits, due to bone grafts, and an implant post that failed the first time around, it took almost three years to finally be over. While waiting in traffic at the San Mateo Bridge I was rear ended at a high rate of speed. My car was totaled, the accident exacerbated an existing back condition that I already had. I was in a car accident where a driver ran thier stop sign and Tboned me. Then tried to tell the police tbat it was my fault. If I could give no stars, I would. I consulted the Duncan law firm hoping they could represent me on my behalf to revoke the claim that I was the major party responsible for the MVA because I was not. I got a response from David Duncan that after reviewing the CHP report, that he could not help me because I was indicated as the primary party responsible for the accident on the police report. Not only did he not even listen to my side of the story, but he also did not offer any other channels of help to resolve my incident. I think Duncan rejected my case because it was too challenging of a case

I was being hassled to settle my claim by my insurance company in an accident where the other driver was at fault and had the same insurance as I had. My insurance company wouldn't help ME! David Duncan was always available, knowledgable, patient, and when I got my final settlement, trustworthy, as the extra costs beyond the percentage were nominal. I've had the pleasure of working with David Duncan on a vehicle accident I had.
