I echo the frustrated customers on prescription transfers. I moved here from out of state last month, and with Walgreens being closed, and the nearest CVS being 15 miles away, I was encouraged to see a well-reviewed pharmacy right down the street.
I am on day 2.5 of trying to get my anxiety medication filled (a medication that you aren't supposed to stop cold turkey, but I have been forced to). Don't use their website online transfer form- they don't seem to check it. I called a day after submitting that, and the pharmacist said she didn't have it, but would check and put me on priority and call

We tried switching to TKS pharmacy last month. My daughter was sent an antibiotic from Children’s hospital and I tried calling to check on it and the person who answered the phone was very difficult to understand but she kept saying they’ll text me when it’s ready. Called 2 more days following and I never got any text. Not really sure how they were going to text me as I mentioned it was our first time filling an Rx there and I didn’t know what info they got from the hospital.
I also had my doctor (who happens to be my sister) send in a prescription for me as well. She sent it via e-prescribe

BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMING.
They need to come up with a better way to prioritize between walk-ins and people who have appointment.
I came in before 2pm and they keep worked on the people who have appointments like at 2:45pm. I was here for over an hour. They can’t even alternate to help the walk-ins people once in a while, like we are not important or something?

Worst pharmacy ever. For 3 days I have dealt with them to get a prescription filled. Called the refill in and they said it would be ready that afternoon. Went that afternoon and she said she had to order it and it would be in tomorrow. I go in the next day and she says oh it’s backordered. She said she called my physician to ask where I wanted to have it transferred to. I said why did you not call me. Her answer was we have an old phone number for you and tried but no answer. I asked her to read me the number and it’s my correct phone number. I did not receive a call and they did not even try
