We utilize constantly varied functional movements at high intensity to build your work capacity, the metric of your fitness! Our coaches focus on teaching, monitoring and scaling proper movement technique within the context of volume, load and intensity to meet each individual's unique work capacity and to keep you safe and progressing on your goals.

A started at CrossFit Philia and have since been to other gyms to drop in or workout when I am out of town. CrossFit Philia is hands down the most welcoming and inclusive gym I’ve ever been to. The coaches are welcoming and know how to help people of all skill levels. If you’re scared of CrossFit, don’t be! The workouts can be scaled and catered to your needs, so you know after every workout you are left feeling like you gave it your all! Try out CFP and find a second home!

This has been my home gym for about 4 years! I keep coming back because the workouts are challenging and push me to my limits every day! And it helps having the friends and community there to keep me accountable. Everyone is encouraging and likes to watch you accomplish your goals. It's the best!

I’ve been working out here for 7 years, best gym experience I have ever had, hands down. The friendships I’ve made in this gym are amazing, they help keep me accountable and keep me coming back. I was really worried about joining a “CrossFit” gym, when it’s all said and done if I did it you can. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I came to Philia almost a year ago and only had a few months of CrossFit experience. CrossFit gyms can seem intimidating, but Philia really stands apart because of the community they have cultivated. Even though we all do the same workout, the coaches work with you individually to make those small changes that you may need to scale to your level of fitness. Since joining I feel like I have more energy to run around with my kids, and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my day.

I love Philia! I started because I wanted to work out in a team environment after being a college athlete. I walked in and never looked back! It has been such a cool experience to see myself improve as an athlete, but my favorite part is the community. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, everyone is friendly and cheers you on each day. The coaches are super helpful with their tips and at pushing you to get better and achieve your goals. I highly recommend trying it out!

Was new to CrossFit when I started coming in October. All the coaches have been amazing and patient in helping me learn and preform lifts and movements always empathizing proper technique so I don’t injure myself. The growth I’ve seen in what I can do, my overall strength, and comfort with CrossFit has surprised me. It’s such a fun atmosphere to be a part of. I highly recommend going here everyone is friendly and encouraging going here makes me feel good about myself and my efforts on becoming more fit. The people here are awesome and won't judge you. They even offer discounts for couples and students and let's not forget our men in the military! If you want to work out the right way then come on down and try it out you can do a elements course and get a taste then you get 2 weeks free to try it out and see if it's for you. I guarentee you won't be disappointed it can be hard at times but you can't give up on being a better

If you have ever considering joining a CrossFit gym but have been too nervous to give it a shot then this is the gym for you. I was so scared to start my CrossFit Journey. My husband had been trying to get me to come forever and I was just too nervous and intimidated to try. I finally did and I've been working out at crossfit philia for around 6 months now and I can't say how much I love it enough. I wish I would have started years ago. The owners are so great they make sure that everyone feels welcome that no one ever feels left out or discouraged. Ian can always turn your frown upside

Having done the typical gym rat routine for over six years, I had grown bored of the usual monotony that had become my fitness and training regiment. In April 2016 I was introduced to CrossFit and specifically the coaches here. The coaches invest themselves into your training and well being as an athlete. They balance pushing you to do your best with knowing your current limitations. Each workout is tailored to your individual needs and individual coaching is given throughout the entire session.
