So disappointed!? I placed an online order for this past Saturday delivery. Tracy texted me and said you were full for deliveries and that it would go out Monday, I said that would be fine, no big deal to me. I had NO contact from your company and nothing was delivered. I called on Tuesday and spoke with a man who told me my order was cancelled. I… told him someone had confirmed that it was going out Monday. He then said he didn't handle online ordering and put me on hold Then a woman came on the line, asked for my information which I provided then she put me on hold for nearly 5 minutes

We ordered a plant on 4/10/2020 for a coworker who lost her husband. Was told it would deliver same day. Did not deliver. Called Monday, 4/13, to check. Left 3 messages. Even talked to order dept. Shop never responded. Finally owner called 4/14 and said he’d start making and deliver today! What??? No offer of apology or an explanation as to what… happened. When told I’ve received no apology, he just said “OK”. So unprofessional and didn’t care. I cancelled order and will do business elsewhere. I paid $90 for a case of flowers to be delivered for a funeral and they were never delivered confirmed not delivered by the person who was to receive them and the funeral home. Called florist and they were to refund my amount and 2 months later they still have not done so.

The website/page says they stay open on Saturdays till 12pm. We showed up at 11am and the door was locked. The delivery van in the parking lot and the workers car there also. We knocked on the door and no answer. I called and a lady answered. I told her what we needed and she said she was forwarding me to the owner. I was sent to a voicemail. I… called back several times after being forwarded to a voicemail and no answer. We were needing a spray for a funeral that is tomorrow, and they are one of the only places that deliver to hendersonville. Very unsatisfied with the “customer service
