A bit conflicted on how to rate this place. While the service and flowers were beautiful, I would be hesitant to send this to someone as a gift that would be impressive.
Service: Super helpful and accommodating for a last minute order. They were able to put the bouquet together in 30 mins and had some suggestions of what theme/color (Bright cheery, muted colors, classy, etc). 5 stars for being flexible and pulling together the order so quickly.
Quality: The flowers were beautiful and high quality. No browning or wilting present on any of the flowers/greenery. Each individual stem was gorgeous

What a lovely flower shop! I've ordered from there a few times and my folks ordered/sent me some flowers from Bloom (pictures are from that order) and we have both had the best experience. Kind and friendly, and they put together the best arrangements. Beautiful fresh flowers that last a surprisingly long time.
Great location for me, as I live near the shop, but my parents are in Michigan and after I sent them pictures of what they sent were so impressed! I've also had every single person walk past my desk at work stop and comment on them.

I recived a Bouquet of Flowers 2/27/2021 for a milestone BDay, a gift from my Best Friend in FL who couldn't join me in Nashville to celebrate. The Bouquet was left on my front porch appx 30mins before I arrived home to bring it in. 1 mylar & 2 latex balloons had already started to fall, clearly under inflated. I took pictures and text to my GF to show her the Gift she sent. When she got the text she called me right away very upset with the size of the Bouquet as she paid over $111 including delivery and had requested a spectacular Bouquet given the BDay I was celebrating. Today I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend who was at Vanderbilt. I did an online order and placed an order for the "Jubilation" arrangement and upgraded to the deluxe version. Online, the standard version is what is pictured. So I thought, I'll upgrade and spend $25 more and it will be even more beautiful! When I received a picture from my friend who got the flowers, I was absolutely mortified. It literally looked like I spent $20 on a Wal Mart flower bouquet. The total bill was $103.22 after tax and delivery. I really expected to have an extravagant and beautiful arrangement

Gina and her staff are simply amazing. My experience was above and beyond. From getting in flowers that were out of season to putting them together beautifullyyyy in a vase I had brought, to literally calling and texting the recipient to ensure they received them after they were delivered. My daughter is a Freshman at Belmont. She was feeling sad and I wanted to cheer her up. I ordered flowers saying that her favorite color was purple. I mentioned the Purple Passion bouquet on their website. When the bouquet arrived, my daughter described it as pink with one purple flower. She sent me a picture and it definitely was more pink with one purple flower. I didn't want to involve my daughter as she was happy to just get flowers. I did decide to call the flower shop to file a complaint as I felt they should know. Although I tried to be kind and factual, the woman that did the bouquet was

Paid over 80$ for 10 flowers... while ordering which flowers (5 roses, 5 sunflowers) and estimating the price may have been my fault, I was embarrassed to walk out with the 40 dollar bouquet. Asked to add some flowers and the vase because it was more green than flowers, and the price doubled. Plus another 7 for the vase. Overall disappointed with the communication, customer service, and the value. They did offer to refund me and tried to correct the bouquet so long as I floated the bill, and did mention it was probably my fault for how how I ordered... but the flowers are for an anniversary and

I've received a few arrangements from Bloom flowers and they have all been gorgeous. I recently ordered an arrangement for a friend in the hospital. There was a bit of a mix-up at the nurses station (not Bloom's fault) but Bloom took care of tracking down the issue and making sure the right recipient received the flowers. I was very happy and will order from them again.

She was patient and understanding with the high end flower arrangement I was requesting for the hospital staff at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I was able to email her exactly what I wanted the cards to say. Gina also ensured on time delivery to the correct nurses stations. I am extremely pleased with the arrangements and will be using Bloom Flowers in the future.

I just received the most fabulous gift of coral blooms from a most special friend that lives in Atlanta! Bloom Flowers in Nashville does an amazing job! We have used them two years in a row for our annual banquet which is the largest event of the year for our company! When Bloom arrives for set up, you barely know they are there! They know exactly what they are doing and need no direction. They get the job done fast and professionally. Every guest raved about the centerpieces and not one was left at the event after it was all over! Guests loved taking them home with them!

I needed an last minute bridal bouquet and this business was so accommodating! I called from out of town and they were very friendly and helpful. I really had no idea what to expect because I only gave them two day's notice but I was so happy when I saw the bouquet they made me. The owners were extremely friendly and the shop is adorable. I was beyond happy with the service and flowers!!! Would definitely use this florist again.

It was really easy to order online from here! I did a last minute birthday flower delivery and the prices were reasonable. They delivered the flowers within a couple hours of me ordering online, which was great. The arrangement came out beautiful and the hand written note was a nice touch.

I live in Southern California and wanted to send a special someone in Nashville some Roses. This place had the best reviews so I went with them. The service was AMAZING. I spoke with a girl named Ann and she was awesome. Their whole staff was so kind and caring. They had the flowers delivered right when they said they would be.
