Rose Hill has been offering us great service and high quality flowers for 6 years now. We relocated to Nashville and had to find a new florist, trying many around the area but none of the other florists compare to Rose Hill. They have the widest selection of flowers, they take notes and remember what we like so when we come in to buy an arrangement they personalize just how we like it. We would never go to any other florist.

I asked for a $100 arrangement to be sent in thanks to a friend. See the photo. Beautiful, but it's one hydrangea, three roses and some wax flowers/lambs ear. For context, this arrangement is the size of a salad plate. The shop did credit me back $25 when I called them to discuss, but I still don't think this looks like $75, do you?
UPDATE: The owner of the shop called me to personally apologize for the mishandling of this, and offered a full refund for the arrangement.

I recently ordered a sympathy arrangement for an unexpected loss of a client. I wanted wind chimes in the arrangement and I was particularly interested in it being a table top design. Not only did they far surpass my expectations, there was no mistaking which one was ours. And it was no surprise that the arrangement was set up next to the family's spray. I burst into tears when I saw how beautiful it was and how the back of the arrangement was as elegant as the front. Needless to say, we were very, very pleased and would highly recommend this florist for any and all occasions. Many thanks to Anna
