We were referred to Secure Transportation by another company who had no availability. We reserved non-emergency transportation for my 91-year old mother-in-law who needed dental work on an urgent basis. Secure did not show up at the scheduled time. When we called from the dentist's office to find out where the transportation was, the dispatcher said our ride was "reserved but not scheduled." They admitted to having our reservation but said no vehicle or driver had been scheduled. In other words, they screwed up. The dispatcher apologized for the "confusion" but the ride

We had a very early departure at LAX. 6 adults each with 2 suitcases.. Secure limo sent a sprinter van large enough to accommodate us. They were right on time. The drivers (Arly and Brad) coming and going were friendly, professional and prompt. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an airport ride or a limo for any occasion.

I was in a parking lot waiting for a parking space to open. A driver in your van honked at me to move then parked her empty van in the handicap parking space in front of 7 -11. She ran in the store. Are your drivers handicap? For a company that supports people who need assistance I thought this was not cool! I have a pic of your van in the space.

Since my original review we have used Secure at least two more times, our drivers Brad, Buddy, Frank and a driver named Ralph that I think sub-contract to Secure have been outstanding, they always call a day in advance to make sure that there have been no changes.
They are always on time take care of your luggage and sociable.

If I could give no stars I would for the san diego division of secure transportation. my insurance company is contracted with secure and I have had so many problems with getting to my app's on time, or at all, because secure sends out a side loading van instead of the reserved rear loading van.( asked for each time I make an appointment.) secure's dispatch can't read their own notes on what van to send, even though I have asked them at least 12 times not to send the side loading vans. I am always assured by the dispatch supervisor in san diego that it won't happen again,

This review is only on the great customer service that my daughter recently had received by Ronnie and the staff from the Riverside office, along with the owner of the company. Per my last review, things got off to a rough start and mistakes were made in which my daughter was the one that took the fault in the end by missing/late to her appts. I will say after speaking with the owner and Ronnie, they immediately moved quickly to resolute this ongoing situation. I was quite surprised and very happy that they didn't treat my daughter as a number nor dollar sign. They both went out of there way

We reserved a limo for six adults and one young child with a car seat for a special event. The event was on a Friday night, and the driver dealt with all the traffic out of Los Angeles with ease. The entire experience was outstanding...everything ran smoothly and was handled with friendliness and professionalism.

We reserved a 10 passenger limo for our r/t ride to LAX from Orange County, and we are so glad we did!
Reserving the car was simple, and the reservation agent was super-kind and helpful. On our trip out, the driver arrived early and waited patiently for us. The car was clean, comfy, and beautiful. It was stocked with our preferred drinks, making for a delightful ride to LAX (despite the nasty freeway traffic). Driver was safe and courteous.

Beware of rude driver, and also "Rude Ralph", who heads up The Corporate reservation. Ralph seems he couldn't care less if a customer has a concern.
We used Secure for a special Birthday evening on 7/25/2013 for my Dad's 78th Birthday, to go from Whittier to Simi Valley. When making the reservation, I informed them the pick up for return would be BETWEEN 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm. The exact time of the end of the event was not clear. Used Secure in a slightly unique way - to provide shuttle and parking assistance for our wedding - and were thrilled with the service.
