I have been going to Pinnacle for a few years. My doctor’s assistant Roberta is wonderful and makes you feel like you’re her only patient. Dr. Ingraham is the same. He’s caring and offers excellent suggestions for ongoing issues. His exam is very thorough and you don’t feel rushed. A 15 minute wait time in the waiting room is not too bad. I have been very satisfied.

Like any visit to a doctor's office, you will not be seen at the time of your appointment and that is OK. Staff was very friendly and professional. The PA was very thorough in her initial assessment. Dr. Steiner took all the necessary time to explain to me potential diagnosis and potential treatments. He didn't rush like some times happens in other doctor's offices. The staff also took care of dealing with my insurance. I am very pleased that I choose Dr. Steiner for an initial evaluation.
