I use Grid for all our airport drop-offs and pickups...and once had a driver for an appointment outside the city which required a long wait and ride home. Every experience has been top notch. The arrangements are easy to make, the cars are super clean, and the drivers are courteous, punctual (and vaccinated!). Love this company!

STELLAR service. GRID transportation never lets us down. Our Driver Andrey was so patient. He had to shuffle 50+ of us to and from the zoo (twice) on a Saturday night for our annual zoolights night. Rashid, thank you for always coming thru for us and our ridiculous requests.

I was in Chicago this weekend for the Bears Cardinals game. I used Grid and Isaiah was the driver both from the airport to the hotel and back. He was early for both trips. Was in a brand new luxury SUV. Very personable. I have used Grid multiple times and they have always provided amazing service. Highly recommended.

This was my first time using Grid Transportation. I'm aware of how livery services work but I was quite surprised that I called the evening before and was able to get a car for 2 pick ups and 2 drop offs. From the Lady that took my call and did the booking to both Mohammed and Art that took GREAT care of my Son and Son-in-law were absolutely AWESOME. I have found my new Livery Service and referred them three times today.

Needed a limo from our new location and did a search on the internet. So glad we found Grid. There was someone that answered the phone right away instead of having to wait for a call back, they had an issue on changing driver's the night before and called immediately, and our driver (Michael) was phenomenal. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!

Was in town for a wedding. Not used to driving in larger city, and family though it would be a good idea to hire a transit service. Completely awesome job!!! would recommend to anyone. Grid was very reasonably priced, very prompt, and worked around our schedule and ensured we were taken care of. The amount of stress that was relieved was worth it. The driver Stacey was awesome, thank you so much you guys were the best.

I recently was driven to the airport and I also received transportation back home. The drivers were professional. I made to my destination on time to make my flight. They kept up with my return flight information so that the driver was there to pick us up shortly after we collected our bag. I will reserve transportation with Grid Transportation in the future.

We have used this company several times for travel and special events. They have always been on time, and the drivers are overly courteous, almost to the point of suspicion. Really, though, they just want to make sure you have a good time. Tony gets a special mention (our drive this weekend) because he did a phenomenal job making us all feel like tailored-to special guests.

Me and my family used Grid Transportation to get to the airport for a family trip and to get back home and they went above and beyond!! We used the sprinter it was very clean and smelled good. Rasheed was very attentive and made sure to check with me after our drop off. I definitely recommend Grid Transportation and will be using them again!

Eight of us rented a party van to go from the NW suburbs to the United Center for a concert. The van was comfortable, clean, and a lot of fun. Our driver could not have been nicer - she took great care of us!
My wife and I then used Grid for an airport pickup and had another great experience. The driver was waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport. The car was quite luxurious and very comfortable. It was a nice, relaxing trip after a long day of traveling.

We got the Mercedes Benz Sprinter for a prom group. They gave us a very fair quote which was much lower than any other well-rated limousine service in the area, but this did not detract from the professionalism of the service AT ALL. The luxury sprinter was clean and really professional-- good speakers and lighting. Our drivers were super kind and patient (our group can get a little stressed and hectic when going to events, etc) and were willing to help us set up the AUX, slightly modify or bring in input on the drive and location, etc. I had some last minute changes about 2 hours beforehand and

I used Grid Transportation Service a couple years ago and had a wonderful experience. The man picked us up on time in Millennium Park area and the car was perfectly clean inside. That was a five star service for me for that event.
My second experience with them (which is why I gave lower stars) is because I'm disappointed with their recent customer service to date in December of 2018. I've been working with Rasheed for quite a few years. He has helped my company with fast, professional, smooth rides to the airport. The staff is professional and I thought I was prompt, they are ready to open the door for you even before you're outside of your home. My wife was very impressed.
