I highly recommend Joel Gibney if you need a house inspection. He will exceed your expectations! I hired Joel to inspect the home that I want to purchase. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
He answered all of my questions and let me know which items were acceptable and what items did not meet code and need to be looked at by a professional. After I read the report I had a few questions, which he was more than happy to answer. If you need a home inspection you definitely should contact Joel.

We hired Joel for an in-home inspection of our 21 year old house because we would like to sell our house in the next upcoming year so we were interested in knowing what major repairs, if any, that needed to be done. Given that English is not our first language, he was patient and explained everything. Alongside his great professionalism, he was thorough, informative, and solution oriented. Joel was excellent! We had him come do a "walk and talk" inspection prior to our one-year punch out list with our builder. He arrived a few minutes early and was friendly and professional. He was very thorough and communicated very clearly. He answered all our questions and gave great advice on various aspects of home maintenance. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection!
