I highly recommend Uptown Inspections for your next home/property purchase. Al was very punctual and completed a thorough inspection of our property. He pointed out any major concerns as he did his walkthrough and provided us with an in-depth report (50 pages) including photos the next day. I used Al for a home inspections prior to making an offer. He was available on relatively short notice (next day). Al's inspection was thorough. He verbally went over every item with me at the end of the inspections and found things that I most definitely wouldn't catch-- and this was in a new build. Among a few other things, Al was able to identify a AC condenser leakage in a new AC unit, which the Seller later fixed. The next morning, Al provided an email with the written report, carefully and coherently laid out with pictures. It was roughly 30 pages but read very easily and I very much appreciated

Al Durant was very good! He was on time, very respectful and nice. He made sure that everything he saw a problem with, big or small, he informed us in depth of the issue. If you want a top-to-bottom inspection from a consummate professional, you have found the right home inspector! Mr. Durant was very knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Since this inspection occurred during the coronavirus pandemic, he was very cognizant of mask use and social distancing the whole time.

We are pleased with the service and scheduling even after some back and forth on our end. Al was flexible and professional. The inspection was on time. The inspection report was detailed and delivered the next day! We stopped by the property being inspected and Al was able to give us a high level assessment and explain some of his recommendations. Pre-purchase inspection performed. Al was great throughout the process, from start to finish. His website made it easy to schedule our appointment (the day before even!) and the process of confirming our appointment was very streamlined. Day-of the inspection he arrived early to assess the outside of the home and did a thorough job throughout. He explained his findings during our visit together and our report was ready within a day and was very thorough. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

My experience with Uptown Inspection was exceptional. I actually ended up needing two home inspections for two different houses in a very short time span. Mr. Durant made a way to schedule me in on short notice and in my opinion he did a phenomenal job.
