Took forever to book a first appointment, vet was pleasant, assistant forced to upsell, just tired of these corporate vets, miss my small town vet owner who actually cares about your animals, took over a week and many phone calls to get a refill on basic pain meds...they can do better

These folks are wonderful and were able to get me in at the last minute for an urgent situation and took great care of my dog

We put our 2 doodles in the kennel for the weekend! It was horrible. I packed our dogs all of their food, snacks ect. When we picked them up our dogs had lost weight and over HALF OF THE FOOD came back. I do not believe our dogs were fed or paid ANY ATTENTION to. Very sad with how much you pay at this place and get horrible care and service! Never taking our dogs there again!

Seems like some things have changed. I took a stray to have his microchip read and the front-desk was great to work with this time. Unfortunately, I still wouldn't bring my dog here, but they helped me reunite a lost dog with his owner. Thank you.

Our puppy was so sick at home and we walked in with her in our arms. I didn’t have to say one word, the lady at the front desk stood up immediately, took her from me to the back letting me know that the doctor was going to check her out. Sadly, our puppy died from Parvo. But the way they took care of her and us was amazing! So caring! Thank you so much to this business.

Horrible response timing by the entire staff, and the vet was of no help at all!!! We have a puppy mini doodle that woke up one morning vomiting, and of course we were concerned. So we contacted them and they said to bring her in so that we can monitor her. Hours go by and no call back. We go to pick her up with no answers, and was told that she was fine. Immediately once we got home she drank water and threw up again! When we called back they suggested to do X-rays and other types of treatment not relating to the issue. So we take her back to do x rays assuming our pup had swallowed a toy or

Dr. Dustin is AMAZING! Today was my first visit and the help my Scooby received was beyond my expectations. He has suffered with severe allergies and break outs since I moved here 3 years ago and I now am so thankful that Dr. Dustin is helping him. The time and research that he took to treat my dog is so appreciated. His assistant was also very attentive and truly cared to see my dog gets everything he needs. What God sends they are.

Unfortunately, they are not in the best interest of the clients. I watched as the receptionist placed someone on hold . Informing the caller she was checking on appointment availability. She did no such thing instead she thumbed through "Social Media" then returned to the call. Staff is sarcastic and caustic with little to no professionalism. I will not be returning to this clinic due to witnesses this behavior coupled with the long wait times for appointments. My pup has a skin issue that needs attention next appointment was 22 days away. Don't let you pup suffer in the care of

Let me first say the vet is fine here, but the customer service and ability to see your animal when you need them is terrible. It's not cheap and I would expect better customer service for the prices. When your dog is sick, three weeks out is not conducive to keeping your animal healthy. I've been here twice and tried to go back twice, but I'm done. If I want someone to treat me poorly, I'll call my ex-husband for free.

I will start with this ... the vet was great with my The place is beautiful but I really didn't like dealing with the front desk. Both girls were on the phone for so long that I almost walked out. There was no .. smile, finger up indicating it would be a second... people in front of you should ALWAYS come first.

This place was So RUDE from the first words to the last words BAILEY WAS ONE OF THE MOST RUDE AND IGNORANT People I have met in Verrado So far! Bailey made me feel super uncomfortable and will never recommend this beautiful hospital for good reasons she was rude over the phone and then I went in to try and see if i was in the wrong and it was 100% Bailey the employee or manager from what she mentioned.

So I have been taking my dog there since they opened. I do like their vet and my dogs have been there for their well visits. Since they were puppy’s. But a few times my husband would drop of the dog in the morning pay for grooming and they would call me and I would go pick up. They would charge me again then later I would find out my husband had already paid cash. This happened way to many times. Sometimes my sister would go pick my dog up and would have to pay even though I had already paid I do not know since all the invoices they email me say I paid the amount but then says it’s due. Because

My just moved to the area and was impressed with this place. Impressed with how cheap the fees were and found the advice about what our dog did/didn't need to be honest. We will be going here again.

I don't think I could ever take my fur babies anywhere else. The staff is warm and the Vet, no matter how busy they are is always listening and attentive. I trust him with my senior dogs and my puppy.

SO DISAPPOINTED in this clinic. When I called to schedule appointment for our new puppy I was NEVER informed I would would not be allowed inside the clinic. The receptionist informed me I should have received a text message explaining the "curbside check-in" (which I didn't). She explained that they had "several" staff tested positive for COVID. Yet, this same tech played with her mask before I handed her my dog. To make matters worse, what I communicated to her was not properly communicated to doctor, so he misdiagnosed and dispensed a prescription that I refused

Slow! You wait at least a half an hour past your appointment to be seen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We've wasted too much money and time at this place.

I am devastated to report that my French Bulldog Otto died at home towards the end of June. I was in so much shock and grief I could barely move, plus I had just finished dialysis. I called Marketside Animal Hospital and Becca had answered the phone, crying I explained what had happened. Becca and Danielle rushed to my apartment to get Otto and console me. That same week I received the nicest card from Dr. Dustin and the rest of his office staff offering condolence for Otto's passing. I take great comfort in knowing Otto is in Heaven. I experienced a very long wait. I also felt the $52 exam fee was very high when my dog only needed a Bordetella vaccine.

The veterinarian was not personable and had no real bedside manner with my puppy, mostly he just seemed annoyed. The techs did come outside quickly to greet us, but were not accommodating, or very helpful, not to mention they almost forgot the initial request to file our puppy's claws and later said they would do it, "If they had time to get around to it". The techs told us our puppy was "so dramatic" and "screamed the whole time!" Well it might have had something to do with the fact that they cut into her footpad!
